Poor customer service
Had a order on auto delivery all went well until they automatically charged my credit card with dog biscuit variety that i did not have on autodelivery and was twice as expensive Took ages to sort the issue and refund my money. Tried again and the food was delivered to the verge even though the dogs were behind the back fence courier driver didnt like barking dogs. Tried again only for my one off order 1/2 of the order placed on auto delivery despite me not requesting this again and an e mail to say my order had been delivered at 0330 am again lots of e mails to correct. Tried to cancel my account on line but unable so another e mail required Not worth all the hassle

Very bad. Do not deliver
I ordered on Tuesday they said 24 to 48 hours delivery Saturday night still no delivery. Tried to speak to them waited 1/2 an hour then got cut of. Would never buy from them again

Helped themselves to my bank account
After multiple calls and emails, my bag of dried dog food arrives- 15 days after ordering. Not only that, once PC realised they messed the order up and it was lost - they DEDUCTED a further $12 out of my account without my authority. Took a further 4 days for a refund. Since when can these companies help themselves and store you bank details?? Absolutely stunned businesses behave like this. Going back to my local for the next 12 years

Good range, slow delivery
We've ordered dog food from pet circle 8 times and not once has it arrived on time. I live in metro Sydney. Please don't promise things you can not deliver. Most recently we were caught out when we needed the food on a Wednesday (then it got pushed to Thursday) and it didn't arrive till Monday. I would not have ordered it if I knew it was NOT going to arrive by Wednesday.

Do not bother. Once great, now terrible
Agree with all the recent reviews stating that Pet Circle was once great, however is no longer. I was such a fan and regular customer, however will never be again. My order was due to arrive on Wednesday this week, and has still not been delivered. I still have no idea where it is even after two live chats with customer service (a joke) and three phone calls. My last phone call at 4pm today, I was on hold for 21 minutes when the automated message said they could not take my call and hung up. This customer service is an absolute joke. the issue is with Couriers Please, however not one person has called me back when they said they would. Two staff have promised to call me back with an update and this has not happened. The hilarious part is that when I spoke to one of the customer service team yesteday, she said they were having issues with Couriers Please (so why use them) and to test things she will send me a bag of dog treats via Australia Post. I received those treats today, and still have not received the order I placed two days before that! I could appreciate it if Pet Circle was having issues with a courier company but were taking proactive action such as actually calling back their customers, and genuinely looking into delivery issues, but they don't. When I was a new customer and a delivery was delayed, the CEO actually sent a card apologising. No idea where that client-centric focus has gone now, but it is definitely gone. I'll be taking my business elsewhere form now on. Absolutely appalling service.4 comments

Poor customer service
I have been a customer for about 10 years, maybe more. Have always recommended Pet Circle, but no more. I placed an order over a week ago. Was told it would arrive Monday. Wasn't here. Waited until Tuesday. Still not here. Contacted customer service. Person told me there had been a warehouse error. Should be here Wednesday or Thusday. Still not here Thusday. Customer Service now says there was no warehouse error and blames the courier. Says they will contact them and find out what's going on but can't get back to me until tomorrow. Right. ise I am not happy with the situation, mainly lack of transparency and shifting blame. Friday comes around, nothing today either. Contact CS again and now I'm told they are still waiting to hear back from the courier. I ask for a credit or some type of compensation and get told they are unable to do so because normal delivery time in my area is 3-7 business days. It's now been 7 days. I have always received my packages within 2-3 days. So just another Pet Circle excuse with them not wanting to take ownership. Sadly after at least a decade of using them, I'll have to find a different supplier. Who knows if my package will ever turn up. They have already marked it as delivered on my order even though it hasn't been.1 comment

Poor customer service and late delivery
Did not deliver dog food within 1-2 business days. I didnt recieve it for 7 business days. It was prescription dog food so I cant just buy it anywhere. It was a Friday when i called and they sad it wont be dealt with until monday when people are back in the office. Then they delivered it to the wrong address. No care or consideration for the customer or the fact my dog had no food.

Worst customer service when something goes wrong
I've had a few incidents now with Pet Circle but this latest one takes the cake. I ordered some Nexguard and a few weeks later was informed that it was out of stock and they'd credited my account with the amount that I had paid for it. All I had to do in order to receive my credit was to re-order with auto-delivery, or call/email them when I wanted to receive it. Only when I went online the credit wasn't appearing in my account. I got told I had to call/email them. I didn't really have time to do so within working hours, and asked for a refund....Read more
I got the same response, call to receive your credit when you want to purchase. A few days later I noticed the item was back in stock, great, I added it to my cart and switched on auto-delivery (something I don't usually commit to) and then emailed them asking how to receive my credit as it still wasn't appearing in my account and then requested for the item to be resent or refunded in full. No response but when I did get one I got told to call or email them to receive my credit. A few hours later the purchase got authorised from the cart and I received a pet circle email saying my item was on its way. I didn't authorise it though as I was waiting for my refund first. So I email them again. They apologise and then send me the item again and refunding me the difference of $6 as it's now on special. At no point did they address my concern that they had authorised a payment illegally or acknowledge that I wanted the amount refunded in full. I asked then to cancel the order and refund the full amount, they said that wasn't possible... Now I have two items that I've had to pay for when I only wanted one, and I also have huge concerns for their auto-delivery cart authorisation process.1 comment

Good price & products..Terrible delivery delays seem to be a given.
Can you please sort out your courier company for the Sunshine Coast. This is the second time the product took forever to be delivered. Email said it left your warehouse on Monday, which was super quick packaging on your end... then it took until the following Monday afternoon for it to arrive by courier. I dont seem to be the only one having issues with your delivery service.

Would give zero stars if I could - once were good but not anymore
First order a long time ago was great. Last two terrible delays in shipping. I placed an order on 19 Jan and I still haven’t received it. Email to sales received no reply, even though I got an email for feedback on the follow up service. Three calls to call centre and online chat have just frustrated me more. One person blamed courier, one said it was a ‘warehouse issue’, one time they hung up after 6 mins hold saying they couldn’t take any more calls. Attempts to escalate ignored. Have had to identify courier co and chase them (Couriers Please) as they’ve had package since at least 28 Jan. I was told I couldn’t cancel and get a refund of my $100 despite having to now buy cat food anyway, unless I wait for it to get back to Pet Circle and then they will refund. Left product in front of house
I ordered products and they just left it front of house without knocking the door. I received email that products was delivered. When I get home I can’t see any box. Share mate was home but he didn’t hear someone knock the door. I asked petcircle and she told me normally they just leave it front of house. They are not responsible for my order. I didn’t get money back. I should order from Pet house. They use post office for delivery and if I’m not home they will keep it in post office.

Do not buy from pet circle!!!
Do not buy from pet circle! We placed an order beginning of this week, delivery was meant to be on Wednesday- nothing received. When tracking our parcel, in transit since Tuesday.. nothing has changed..
We called Pet circle to be hung up after 10 mins on hold stating that they cant take any calls!!! We emailed, no response.. We emailed Fastways (their delivery carrier) no response!
We now have no dog food, & ended up buying from our local pet shop.. which we should've done to start with.. instead of wasting our time with this mediocre busine...Read more

I made my first order on Wednesday it has come today Friday. Look the price was decent however delivery was very rude. I had clear instructions to deliver to the balcony of the apartment and if they had trouble I directed them to buzz the unit number. They buzzed and ran: literally by the time my mum answered there was no one there and they were driving up the street they left the package just sitting there down the bottom of the apartments didn’t even wait for someone to answer.

Order not delivered
I’ve been a customer for close to a year now and never had any issues. My last order was a week ago and yet nothing has been delivered. I’ve called customer service twice only to be told it’s at the couriers depot. I called the courier and was told the tracking number didn’t exist . Called customer service back to cancel the order so I can buy cat food from elsewhere only to be told I’ll get a store credit once they receive the order back from the courier. This is a bloody joke . Disgraceful customer service. Never ordering again. They’re quick to take your money but give you a run around to get your money back.

Terrible service
Ordered on the 22/01. Supposed to arrive on the 27th. Still haven’t received food and the tracking hasn’t changed since the initial email. Tried calling but first I get put on hold, then it says 5 minutes later that my call cannot be taken. They have not responded to my emails either. I am now out of food for my puppy and my older dogs food in a different order has not arrived either so now we have no dog food left at all and I have to overspend on my budget to buy food I just ordered from Pet Circle. I Am very upset and will not be returning as a customer because of this horrible experience in communication.

Not looking good...
My first order submitted Wednesday - $238 worth. Was told to expect delivery Friday (today) - I'm relying on it as my kitten food is all almost gone. Hasn't yet arrived. Realised no confirmation email sent to me. Logged in online and found order is wrong (an extra bag of food I didn't order and also didn't pay for??). Order is not even packed yet, let alone shipped. Can't get through on the phone - on hold 5 mins then hangs up. Tried Live Chat - I'm 25th in the queue!! Not looking good for my first order :(

Where is my money, I have had a order of $130 which was made in November didn't get it, phone call after phone decided to cancel my order they said 5 working days my money would be back in my account still waiting, this is the worst company i have ever delt with. Handing over to the credit company.

My order went missing. (not delivered...no one knows where it is) The customer service rep who is "helping" me said she would be happy to organize a refund if it has indeed gone missing. does anyone know if they do refund is this something i'm going to have to ask American Express to help with? (purchase protection thru amex)

Firstly I am sorry that your order has not been delivered.
Once an investigation is completed, if your order is deemed missing the representative dealing with your case can process a refund there is no need to contact American Express. The refund will go directly back into the original method of payment.
