We have dealt with Rachel Skipsey for many years while she was in Queensland and found her to be of a very high professional standard. Since she has moved to South Australia and working with Phil Hoffman Travel in the Barossa Valley nothing has changed. Phil Hoffman Travel and Rachel were successful in getting all monies owed to us by a cruise company during this very frustrating time and we would recommend their services to all.

Amanda from Norwood Branch, has been very helpful friendly and gone out of her way to help with the holiday that I booked with her at Modbury PHT Branch and as she was transferred not long after has helped me with the cancellations and holding of our booking due to the Covid19 which came upon not long after my Booking with PHT. Very helpful, friendly service which made planning a holiday easy! It’s always reassuring to know if there’s any issues whilst travelling that you have someone to help. Only issue we had which isn’t even an issue was sometimes a couple of days delay in responses but travel agents are busy so all the positives outweighed that :)

all happen. We had all of this with Kerri at Modbury - for which we thank her sincerely - and apologise for the extra work load, when we had to cancel this year`s trip to Europe. Disappointing to say the least -

Kerri has been amazing to deal with. She is thorough in her research and nothing is to hard or too much for her.

Unfortunately I have had to cancel my Thailand booking due covid - 19 situation but she assured me she would do everything she can to help us get the best result possible.

Mark is an excellent travel advise.
He helped sort out a trip to the USA for me & girlfriend .
It is a pity we didn't get there because of the stupid virus, but he was able to put everything on hold for when we are ready to go again with out us lifting a finger.

Wonderful experience

Due to Carona iris, cruise fromAdelaide to Singapore was cancelled at Fremantle, we spend two extra days onboard the Majestic Princess, and the staff were fantastic, an experience we won’t forget. Arranged flights to Singapore from Freeo and had a ball in Singapore, 9 nights instead of 4.

Dear Garry,

Apologies for not having acknowledged your question earlier.

In ordinary times refunds can take 6 to 8 weeks to be processed by suppliers. Unfortunately we are experiencing extraordinary times, consequently we anticipate that refunds may now take 12 or more weeks to be processed.

We understand that this may cause some frustration to our clients but ask that everyone is patient and understanding during a time unlike any we have seen before.
