Good
Overall i really love my Phil & Ted, almost had mine for 2 years- no fading as of yet. Both my girls still fit in the pram (4 yr old in front seat, 20mth old in toddler seat underneath.
Very stable pram- I originally had another 2 seat pram but it would tip so easy- I am glad i spent more money on this pram, it has definitely been worth it.
My only con really is the tyre tubes.
Never known my P&T to tip, very sturdy. Strong frame. Great 4-point harness, comfy for the kids. Bought some handy accessories to go with my pram.
Very expensive; tyre tubes are really bad quality and punctured very quick. Had to have all 3 replaced with thorn proof tubes at a bike shop- at my own expense.

The pros far out weigh the cons. It is a fantastic design for two children (from newborn) that is also stylish. So versitile, take it anywhere. Compact and light!
It is the only pram that we have found that is suitable for 2 children, that is compact and light weight. You can take it anywhere it is so versitile and a big plus is that you can fit through any checkout and shop in small boutique's with ease. hich also has great features, however this a heavier pram with a larger wheel base. It just wasn't what we were after. The pram is really easy to fold down and there is plenty of room left in your boot. We really enjoy using this pram. The brake was a little stiff at first, at times I had to use my hands to push it up and down.(It is fine now and I have no problems) You can't have the children facing you. There was a fault with our front wheel, however it was replaced and haven't had a problem since.

Best pram I have used so far!
I got this pram as a hand me down, this one being my third pram. Out of all the prams I have experienced, this has been the best one yet!
It is extremely compact when folded (compared to my valco runabout), there is still plenty of room in the boot for groceries and other things.
Very easy to steer, great for taking to the shops or longs walks, very easy to jog with also, my other pram was a bit too heavy to jog with. The pram comes with great accessories also, I got the pram with the double kit which Im looking forward to utlising when number 2 comes along :)
Narrow wheel base
Awkward to fold down and carry

A leight weight pram that is easy to steer single handed. suitable for newborn and upwards and easily attches with a toddler seat. wheels well on multiple surfaces and is a solid frame, no more shopping trolley wheels, i use this with my 2 youngest children, now 20mths and 3 and have found this to be one of my more favourite prams i have brought, comes in a variety of colors..we got the red grafetti de...Read more

I would recommend the phil and teds sports model especially if you plan on having more than one child as it has the toddler seat options and it is so much better than the double prams that do not fit in between the doorways.
I love the phil and teds sport model over other prams because its so easy to push both on and off road. It also looks good too.
The only bad thing I can write is its quite heavy to lift in and out of the boot but I do have a bad back so I may be bias in that area.

This stroller has been perfect for us with our two children quite close in age. It is quick to set up once you get the hang of it. It is sturdy when wheeling it over grass or uneven surfaces. The best thing is it is narrow enough to take to the shops, compared to other double strollers. It is not as heavy to push as other double strollers either.
The tandem stroller attachment is great - this is the reason we bought the stroller. The stroller is relatively stable and easy to push, particularly off road compared to other strollers. The adjustabl...Read more

We bought the Vibe and hated it. Took it back due to horrible steering problems. Compared to the Vibe, the Sports is a winner. It steers much better, is narrower and I think looks better anyhow. It is balanced fairly well even when your bigger kid wants to get in the back (even though it's not recommended). We found the sun cover for the double a bit dodgy, it didn't stay put over the back seat. A bit of a breeze and it would flap open. They need some velcro to hold it on. If you're only in the market for a single though, the Mountain Buggy is ...Read more
the best we've had. You can steer it with one finger! Slimer than the Vibe. Steers better than the Vibe. Looks pretty cool. Not much really. Some of the little clips on the zips broke after a couple of weeks.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Bad
For a upper range price tag this pram, compared to others used by my friends, the Phil and Ted's is not good value for money. After about 8 months I bought a simple stroller that still reclines because it was far easier to cart around. And the main reason I bought this pram was for the toddler seat option for our second child which ended up being twins and so I never got to use it anyway!!
It looks great and the toddler seat option (even though I didn't get to use it!) is very handy. Spare parts and accessories are easily available. Good for w...Read more

Terrible
The positives of this pram being able to roll well and ability to accomodated two children with add on are severely hindered by the generic day to day uses of prams having to go in and out of vehicles. The fold up mechanism is full of catches and at one time couldnt be unfolded at all without assistance of several other people to force it open.
Two children can sit in line without making the pram wider.
Rolls well.
Badly Designed, unfold mechanism is very tricky. Gets stuck closed.
Terrible plam to pack and unpack. Heavy! Bad assembly instructions.

I love this pram. I got it as a compact stroller for my 18month old as our Strider was getting a bit bulky and we'd broken the recline mechanism. Obviously they've fixed the brakes because I can get them on and off with barefeet. We bought the Apple Green one and while I love it, we are a bit bright in our small town (and my husband hates the colour). I can't recommend this for a newborn though as I loved that my daughter could face me in the strider. Perfect for 6months +!
So, so easy to steer; very easy to fold; super compact; can lie baby co...Read more

Im very dissapointed with this pram. I did have a valco but stupidly didnt try it in my boot until a few days after baby was born and it didnt fit so we had to purchase a new pram fairly quick. Shop assistant said the phil&teds was the only one that would fit in our boot so we purchased it thinking that it would just have to do. We have since tried the steelcraft striders and they fit just fine so im really upset that we paid so much money for a pram that is not at all suitable for us
This is a really nice pram to wheel and rides very nice. Its...Read more

You will love this pram whether its for 1 child or 2 its so versatile and the extras are endless, P&T also sell spare parts so your pram can always look its best.
I love my sport, im onto my second one as I got rid of my 1st one due to not needing a 2nd seat but just brought another one as I missed it so much I got the Apple green graffiti, not only is it light weight but it pushes like a dream and the colour choices are gorgeous.
Pricey accessories but so worth it

Im very happy with this pram. It does everything I wanted it to and I really think the Pros do outweigh the Cons. I think it was also a very reasonable price compared to some other prams on the market. I shopped around and was able to get the double seat thrown in for free, so make sure you bargin!

I love this pram overall and wish I had bought this when I had my first child so that all I needed was the "double kit" when my second child was born 2 years later.
It is so easy to maneuver, and fits through narrow spaces, and my children both seem to enjoy sitting in it. Love it!
- Comfortable for one child or for 2 (using the toddler seat - which you have to buy separately)- Easy to push and maneuver, even with 2 kids (I have a 14 kilo toddler and an 8 kg 4 month old - 22kg altogether!), even with one hand!- Good quality accessories availab...Read more

I would be lost without my pram. I first purchased this when I had a newborn and a 13 month old. I didn't find it too fiddly to get the attachments on once I got into a routine and knew what I was doing. There are a couple of options for having 2 children (either on top when you have a newborn and behind when they are a bit older). Warning - if the heavier child sitting in the front is out, this pram flips backwards easily when you have a child sitting behind. This is to be expected though. I would definitely purchase this pram again but o...Read more
nly wish that they would throw in some of the accessories for free, even just a cup holder!!!! Can easily steer one handed. Easily converts to a 2 child pram. Great accessories. Slimline enough to easily fits into doorways and shopping aisles. Easy to fold and compared to other 3 wheeler prams it is much lighter to lift in and out of the car. For the price you pay they should throw in some of the accessories as a package. Accessories are quite expensive. Break is quite stiff at first but loosens after a while. I could not do up one of the clips on the back of the seat at first (this makes it so the child is in a sitting position). Even my husband struggled. It has loosened now. Storage space is quite small.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Although I listed alot of cons, this is a great pram. That said, it is very basic, and for the price, lacks alot of features that other prams have. I have this pram for walking but ended up buying a different pram for the shops (one that is much lighter and easier for in and out of the car etc.) I am very happy with that arrangement, unfortunately there is no such thing as a perfect pram that does everything you want.
Great for going walking! It tracks and steers beautifully. It is very comfortable for bub and is nice and narrow. Also the...Read more

I swapped my sport for a phil & teds twin instead. Great pram in general just annoyed about one child misses out on seeing the world which sucks!
Great for when you dont have one of your 2 kids with you as it's just a single & you can use the back seat for all your shopping, pushes like a dream, lightweight, easy to get into car, tons of extras to purchace.
Child at back misses out on a view & when both kids are in there in no space for shopping as kids legs get squashed. Cant have kid in the back with front fully reclined.

This pram is great, I would just suggest trying out folding and lifting yourself (no help from hubby!) as I neevr did and 3 months on still find it difficult. However the great features far outweigh this. It is quite narrow and havent found a check out I cant fit throuhg yet.
great for walking.
Very very easy to steer and push around.
Can carry two kids in the one pram.
Great accessories which fit the pram really well.
Even though I would still buy it again - this pram is relatively heavy and hard to get folded up and into the boot by yourself.
Pram is quite long (though I would imagine this is necessary for a three wheeler)
Basket below the pram is not very big.

Great pram but I found it to be not for me as it took up so much room in car & once my second child wanted to walk instead of use the pram I started using a stroller for my 6 month old as so much easier.
Converts so you can use with 2 kids. Liked that I could lay my newborn flat in it & have my toddler on the front but also change the positions once my newborn was over 3 months with the attachments . Looks stylish & and fits through doorways etc. Easy to fold down.
Quite Bulky. It took up a huge chunk of the boot space. Can't collapse with second seat on it. You have to remove. Break hard to get off.

Overall, I'm very happy with this pram. It's a strong, sturdy pram, that folds up easily. The brake seems to be a major bone of contention for most people, but quite frankly, I'd prefer it to be a little stiff and awkward rather than the other way around. At least when it's on, I know it's on! It's very comfortable to "drive", and I do a lot of walking with this pram.
Strong, sturdy construction. Easy to manouever, can steer one handed. Can take a toddler attachment. Adjustable handle, which is great as I'm quite tall. Quite a roomy pra...Read more

I have just bought a Phil and Teds sport stroller from the local op shop, in great condition . Couldn’t believe my luck, but...how do you fold it up?

That’s awesome! You’ll love it!
Under the seat near where it goes to the feet plastic section, you’ll see a red clip, push and slide it across and the stroller top will fold down and then it clips up when you pick it up.
I had an older version so the fold up mechanism was different. If you have a sport, this video is pretty helpful.
