I bought Sonicare airfloss in Myer in early 2022, it helps to floss in between the braces. Recently it began to fail, it is fully charged but dies straight away when turn on and after press the button to floss
I understand covid19 is affecting everything around us but I rang you multiple times and stay on the line for more than 45min each time but no answer! Can you please at least do customer service or just simply state on your website that you just don't do customer service after purchase!

I got this as a gift and will continue to use it. It looks good and functions well. It is easy to clean and i can leave it out on the bathroom bench.

with full dental implants this product just makes it so easy to keep under my plate clean. The 3 burst function is wonderful and its easy to pack for holidays.

This toothbrush is my best toothbrush so far. It cleans my teeth so well, especially it can cleans out the stuff in the gap between your teeth, so I do not have to use any floss anymore. The price is definitely worth, would recommend it!

This is my second airfloss, and I think this new ultra airfloss does not work as well as the Philips Sonicare AirFloss(HX8111/02 my old one). The pressurized power is not as strong as the other one, and the brush head does not fit in between teeth that well. Bought this new one because the old one's battery was dead, and wanting to try the new function Triple Shot (which I think it could clean my teeth better than the old one did). Sadly, very disappointed, wish I could bought the old one back.

The battery lasts pretty long and i am using it everyday to keep my teeths healthy, i can actually see the difference before and after i am using it, it is also much easier to use than I thought
The price is quite expensive tho

This product is so much easier to use than traditional dental floss and appears to be less traumatic on the gums, particularly when using it for those tight gaps between teeth.

Works Well for everyday use. still need to floss the old fashioned way twice a week to maintain gum health.

The first a few times when i use it, my gum is bleeding a bit. But now is fine. It is a good product for people don't usually use teeth floss.

Easy to learn how to use and charge. Not bulky so doesn't take up munch space on bathroom bench. Teeth feel 'clean' and mouth really fresh after using. Would recommend to anyone wanting to improve their oral health and wanting an easier way to floss.

Easy to use no mess compared to wire flossing I bought two. Good value with cash back rebates. And you only need charge probably once a week. Good buy.

I like to floss my teeth but with a picker or string it is time consuming and that I don’t have a lot of, so I invested in the Airflosser. Amazing clean feeling all day long. Will recommend to family and friends.

It's good design and very easy to use, help deep clean the teeth, wireless charge, easy to leave on stand, use water and air same time to double the clean power.

The first time I use it, my gum bleeds a little. The burst seems to be a little bit hard for the gum, and it takes 2-3 times to refill until I clean all the teeth.

I was attracted by its beautiful color looking at my first impression to be honest. However, I would say it is incredibly powerful than the manual floss after using. It can spurt out the high pressure water to clean up your teeth in just a second.

Have been using for a bit over a month and it has definitely helped my overall gum health for sure. My dentist recommended that it would help keep the gum around my two implants cleaner and it definitely has! I like to use the triple blast option and the battery lasts quite well.
I consider it a vital part of my oral hygiene now and can’t imagine not having one !!

The AirFloss Ultra is very easy to use, very portable. The "blasts" from AirFloss Ultra definitely help with cleaning between the teeth. I will still use this in combination with normal floss though. Large food particles are better cleaned with usual floss. AirFloss is to ensure even the smallest food particles can be cleaned out too. I feel my teeth and gums are cleaner after I use this.

The water flosser is great to use for my flossing routine. It makes my teeth feel clean and unlike other string flosses, no risk of bleeding and it just feels better than the constantly dirtying traditional floss. Although I can guarantee the product as a good and quality product I wish that the water tank on it was a tad bit larger and that the pressure was a bit stronger. Other than that though, I love this product! Especially in combination with my other electric toothbrush. Thanks Philips for this quality product.
