    Good flosser. Very poor reliability.

    I bought the Philips flosser on the advice of my dentist and it does a good job at flossing between teeth. However the first one failed after 6 months. It was replaced by the agent but then the second one failed after a year. So cannot recommend it due to poor reliability.

    Purchased in May 2021.

    I have been using the Phillips Sonicare Airflosser for approximately 6 weeks. It is easy to use, the battery life is excellent and is a great accessory for dental hygiene when used in conjunction with floss, manual and electronic brushing.

    It is an overall acceptable product. Good for the tooth cleaning. I am using it after the electronic toothbrush and I think these two products can work good well each other.

    It was recommended by my dentist to maintain a good oral health and cleanses.
    I like the colour of my air floss. It is a good company with my Philips toothbrush.
    It lasts around 1-2 weeks for a charge.

    it works very fast and efficiently. I like this product. one charge can use for 10 times almostly. but it is better to use with toothbrush together to get more result.

    Easy to use everyday flossing

    Philips Sonicare AirFloss Ultra is very easy to use and the battery lasts long. The setting allows 1 to 3 bursts of water to adjust to your needs. Regular use would be beneficial to overall dental health, however, a more thorough flossing should be done with a conventional floss as the water stream is often not powerful enough to remove stubborn residuals.

    Fast flossing.

    I have always been a big fan of Philips Sonicare. This is my second device in 5 years. However, I find this new product less effective as the previous one. The strength is not very strong. But it's still good, it makes flossing easier, and my teeth super clean.

    Great item if you find manual flossing difficult. Really cleans between teeth. So fast and easy to use for a total clean mouth. Come with a return guarantee if you're not happy with the product. I'm delighted with mine!

    Excellent Flosser

    I use my Philips Airfloss every evening, it makes my mouth, teeth and gums feel very clean and fresh. Although you can use mouthwash I myself only use tap water. The charge lasts well over a couple of weeks. Excellent product.

    Four replacements in 4 months

    When the Sonicare AirFloss works its great, I am on to my fourth replacement in 4 months, same problem it just stops. Philips say the failure rates are within the acceptable failure range! Acceptable to who? "we are selling lots of these, there is definitely no product problem, you are unlucky" ......... from the reviews I am reading there are a lot of "unlucky" AirFloss customers, very bad for the Philips brand.

    3rd replacement -FAIL

    Model hx8340. Each airflosser works for 3-6 months then just beeps. There must be something wrong as it keeps happening. I only use water. Charge it when it requires. They have all been replaced under warranty. Might need to consider a different brand

    What can I say, expensive for something that doesn't work after 2 weeks. Seems ok but flimsy. Will be taking it back to retailer tomorrow very disappointed, hope to get a refund

    Sonicare AirFloss Ultra HX8340

    Hi, I have just received a replacement for my Hx8340 as mine one stop working as well. Unfortunately, the old nozzles I have does not fit the replacement unit. I wonder why this happens. How to make sure that the new nozzles that I purchase would fit the replacement unit and not the old one? Totally confused.

    Sonicare AirFloss Ultra HX8340

    I bought Philips Sonicare about 9 months ago from a dentist. It worked well for few times. Then I used mouth wash into it and used once. Later it never worked. It is dead since then (no light or no sound). I am not sure whether it is battery or what. It is still lying like that since then. I could not even open to check battery. Any advise or help?

    You can contact Philips under the warranty & they will replace it. They cannot be repaired.
