    Oh what a difference!

    published

This product is easy to use, it has made a great difference to the health of my teeth. Plaque has been reduced dramatically. Takes a little getting use to.
I was so happy with it, i bought one for my wife.

Purchased in July 2021 at Shaver Shop for $289.00.

Not as good as I expected

    published

I used to use Oral-b elec-toothbrush. Untill I saw this one from shaver's, the packaging is very good looking, with all pinky colour. The whole pack come with a toothbrush, a charger, and a travel container can also been used as a charger, and a glass. I barely use that glass as my cup, because it is very small, most of the time, I use it as the holder of wireless charger. And for the toothbrush itself, I don't find it is worth the high price. Oral-b can spin around and deep clean the gum and tongue as well, but this one can only shake in a high speed, without spinning around. So I don't find it very help to bring out the dirt within my gum.

Purchased in June 2021 at Shaver Shop for $399.00.

    Overpriced and Overrated

    published

This is not worth the money, it is way overpriced for what it does, even the replacement heads cost more then you can buy a basic new electronic toothbrush and they do the same job. I bought 2, one for my husband and myself, I wouldn't buy again. Not sure what is so special about them, nothing i can tell?

    Purchased in November 2021.

Clean mode is enough for me

    published

I bought this Sonicare diamond pink a few months ago. It has five models. However, I found everytime when I use it, I actually use clean mode only. The other four models have seldom been used. I can't see any major difference between this five models.

    Just average

    published

I would say it's just average, not outstanding product doesn't seem much difference than other electronic tooth brush. it's not really effective to clean and prevent tartar than any other toothbrush and given its cost, I don't really recommand this product and also customer service is not good basically they can do nothing if you have any enquries.

Love the clean battery life not so great anymore after 2 years

    published

This toothbrush gives me an excellent clean and is easy to take with me when not at home in the toothbrush case. I have had it for almost two years and the battery is now needing charging far more frequently (every 2 weeks). It used to last well over a month and was part of the attractiveness of the toothbrush. Still recommend it. It is far better two years in than other electric brushes I've owned. My partners brush failed after a year, but it was replaced without any fuss, and his new brush hasn't had any problems.

I'm just in love with this product. Love its look and functionality. I'm so happy with it! A charge can last for like 2 weeks. It's really convenient. Once it's charged, no need to worry about getting it charged very soon again.

It’s good. Nice color and recharge once can use for 3-4 weeks. But you need to change the toothbrush quite often and not Many choice in the market comparing with OralB.

This is amazing - light, pretty (i got the pink version) and works so well! I only need to charge once every two weeks. Only thing I would improve is the battery indicator - i can't tell how low the battery is, i have to remember the last time i charged it. but that's only a small problem - LOVE this! oh and love that the travel case is also a charger! how convenient is that!

Bought this a while back, never owned one before. It comes with many easily attachable parts that are also easily detachable. Quite impressed with its efficiency & hoping it will last.
A charge lasted quite a while.

Terrible customer service - charger broke in two years

    published

My toothbrush stopped working after one and half year I have purchased it. I have contacted the customer service and got a confirmation a replacement glass charger and the toothbrush will be sent out as both of them are not working. After three weeks without the toothbrush I’ve finally got the replacement pack but only a glass is included, there’s no charger base and I still couldn’t use my toothbrush!! I wrote several emails to customer service but never got a reply? I can’t believe I’ve paid so much for a toothbrush that doesn’t last even two years, now I couldn’t use my toothbrush for almost a month. No one in customer service seems to care my problem.

    I like the color haha

I got the pink sonicare set at $279 when EOFY sale at david jones. Original price was over 350. Good value. The pink color is sooo nice, suitable for a girl. it can be charged in the glass which is convenient. would be a little bit itchy when you used it first time as the vibrate frequent is much higher than Oral B one.

Very disappointed - only last for 1.5 years!!!!!- Stop charging at all

    published

It's been doing a great job but not long enough!!! If there is 0 star rating, I would choose that!
Around $300 for an electric toothbrush, you would expect it should work at least 3 years but now it died within the warranty, not even 2 years!!!!!

The problem is always the charger. Once the indicator light is on, I leave it there for 24 hours and then take off the handle, press the start button, nothing happens, not working at all. Have tried so many times, same result.

    Very frustrated!!!

I have had my toothbrush for not even 2 months and it is already broken. The head doesn’t sit on right and it makes a lot of noise and just wiggles around but not really effectively connecting either the bristles to brush my teeth properly. I think I may have thrown out the warranty from inside the box but I would still have the email from when I bought it online.
I loved it when it was working but am disappointed that it’s already broken after not even 2 months use.

Hi guys :) I really want to get the pink one! Is it really better than other toothbrushes though? For me when I saw it doesn't have an oscillating head it made me wonder, I think it's just a mind set I have gotten into?
Is it suitable / the best option to use with braces? (Getting next week). I really want to get the best toothbrush I can. Thanks

Hi Ash. Firstly good luck with you with your new braces. Please remember everyone is different. So my answers to you is this: Philips Diamond Clean was the best thing for me. Noticed it's amazing precision before and after my braces. My Orthodontist is satisfied with my clean teeth and I know my manual toothbrush would have not done the job. It's hard cleaning once your braces are on - that's not a lie - but this electronic toothbrush was amazing. I started with 'Clean' and then alternated with 'Sensitive' as your teeth can only take so much (meaning it has to get used to the braces). The Philips YouTube link says add toothpaste on the brush but I found it much better actually applying this on your finger directly all over the braces.
I cannot say if it is better than other electronic toothbrushes as I am a long standing client of Philips but as we have already taken the first step of improving our teeth positioning why not choose Philips to ensure you get clean between the brackets and between the gaps.
I know what you're thinking such a pricey gadget is it going to work - now that I have braces the answer is YES!
