Queen Willow upholstered bed & pillow top mattress, with 2 free pillows, is what we happily purchased from Janine, who was very informative and friendly, also the store was well organised and clean. The delivery drivers were also very good. Happy with the quality of our guest room addition at a very good price.

Very happy with the product (bedroom suite) and the delivery guys were very helpful too. Ladies in the store at Port Kennedy made sure the transaction went smoothly. Will return in the future.

Me and my partner walked into the store in malaga to look for a bed and straight away the Sovereign king bed caught our eye, Marie came and served us and couldn't be any happier, she was nice and on point. Really good prices on all furniture especially on the bed we bought.

I recently bought two beds and inner spring mattresses. After spending months looking it was nice to walk in to the store and walk out with what I wanted. Marie was fantastic and not at all pushy. I really liked this because I went in to buy a bed and came out with a bed.

Not like other stores that were pushing me to come out with a whole new house load of furniture.

The quality of the bed and mattress is excellent and the sale prices make it even better. I’ve loved every night sleep since buying my new bed at Pine discount.

Bought the queen plush pocket spring mattress from the Port Kennedy store. Great mattress and great customer service from Adele. Would definitely shop here again.

I found the staff friendly and helpful and the product (Bed Set) great quality... What did frustrate me was that once purched the bed set, i couldnt pick it up from the store i bought it from. You would think it would be sent from Perth to its place of purchase. All of which would have saved me a further $70 as i could have picked up locally.

Was some what easy and manageable, instructions were easy to follow we did not need extra help with it thanks our sales assistant lila was friendly and helpful she made our shopping very easy thank you.

The customers service over the phone was excellent.
She mentioned the options that were available for the tallboys and apologised for what was mentioned on the website that had changed - very helpful and knowledgeable.

Extremely disappointed with pine discount I've been a loyal customer for years and have bought many items from the company, recently I have issues with a senator theatre couch I purchased a few years ago I thought for the first time ever I would try to claim warranty as it was an expensive item & quite obviously faulty.
After being flogged off & dealing with very offish people I was denied any warranty, my family & i are now left without a couch as it's unusable & we cannot afford to buy a new one.
Pine discount had now lost me as a customer & I will never be buying from the company again after the rudeness of customer service & the suppliers!

Store was well laid out and service was friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. Staff were friendly and will ing to help and advise. I was extremely well satisfied with the service. The delivery guys were great, they set it up and took away all the packaging. Big thumbs up. Well done

It was easy to navigate the store in order to find what we required and the sales person Lila was very helpful.
It was delivered on the day required,and once installed is very comfortable.Assemble was relitivly easy but the inclusion of an instruction sheet should have been helpful.

I had the pleasure of meeting janine and the staff in malaga pine discount.after looking for some time for a bookcase i found what i was looking for. To pine discount furniture Malaga. Thank-you Lila for assisting us to find our three seater lounge. Lila you spent alot of extra time looking on computer and showing other lounges in the showroom.to me. You were very helpful and we will be coming back to store to purchase a recliner as my husband old recliner does not fit bin with beautiful lounge regards John and Rhonda

Dropped into the store 10 minutes before closing and was impressed that the two ladies in the shop were still interested in taking the time to help me. I was looking for a double bed & mattress, Lila showed me what was available, offered to upgrade the mattress & a sale was secured. Product was delivered a few days later on a Saturday as agreed, delivery guys friendly, professional & delivery was on time. Love the bed I purchased, only down side, according to my son, he wished I had a cordless drill! Lila, great service and I will certainly recommend you to any of my friends looking for new furniture.

Went online and found a table and chairs with buffet on special. Called the store in Malaga and they organized my delivery that week. Was very happy with the prompt service and absolutely love my new furniture.

Came in because of sale in catalogue. Couches were sold out but I was offered another make for the same sale price. Lila was very helpful as I was not sure about my 2nd choice. She suggested I paid a deposit to secure the sale price and I could have a think about it and possibly change to something equally priced if I changed my mind. I went back to the store and was happy with my purchase. Lila was also great with colour advise. Delivery was within the time frame. For an extra fee the delivery guys unpacked the lounge suite and assembled it and removed the boxes. I would definitely recommend the Malaga store.

Our overall experience was excellent. Janine was very knowledgeable. The quality of the product is exceptional. Definitely will be recommending.

Excellent service very patient with my destructive toddler who is now jumping on me as I am TRYING TO WRITE!!!
I would love to say more but a bit difficult atm. Found exactly what I was looking for after tracking through many stores and having to leave due to my darlings behaviour. I am glad anyway as I have got something I’m happy with for a decent price. Thank you for your wonderful service.
