Pine Discount Furniture Port Kennedy

Went into the Port Kennedy store and was looking for a bed for my daughter, was approached by Amy and after telling her how small my daughter's room was she talked me into the loft bed and gave me the idea of not using the bottom bed- best decision ever!

I found the staff friendly and helpful and the product (Bed Set) great quality... What did frustrate me was that once purched the bed set, i couldnt pick it up from the store i bought it from. You would think it would be sent from Perth to its place of purchase. All of which would have saved me a further $70 as i could have picked up locally.

Perfect service from start to finish! Amy (I think) was amazing in store, allowing us to browse and happily answering any questions. This great service was followed up when one of our items was damaged. Kirstin from the customer service team was polite and more than happy to help. Lastly the delivery driver David was amazing in our swap over. It is rare to find somebody with customer service as good as his, a rarity in today's times.
Would recommend to anybody wanting a pleasant shopping experience that you look no further than Pine Discount! 10/10!

The side rail of the bed was so twisted that i had to undo the screws, fit it to the end and redrill the screws. There is 3 bolt holes in each corner and only 2 allen bolts supplied for each corner. Your product is crap quality and if i didnt have to fly out to work the next morning i would have returned it. We spent nearly $1500 at your shop and i expected better.

Love my new PDF beds. Easy to assemble and helpful staff who helped with my choices. I looked at a lot of different places before I looked here but none were suitable. I am a return customer so my decision was made easy...

Store layout was easy to navigate with the staff providing excellent customer service in helping us with any queries with the selections that we had.
The products that we bought where excellent and we would tell that they would be quality and fit for purpose for what we needed, which was a big factor in us deciding to buy the products we required.
All furniture that was picked and needed assembling, was easy to put together as the instructions where layed out so that they could be followed easily.

The ease of location to the cleanliness and good range of products. From the minute I entered the store I was smiled at with a warm welcome and had a lovely friendly assistant who, was more than happy to help me. The package I had purchased is excellent quality and was came with excellent instructions how to assemble part of the bed frame. With each screws, nuts, bolts etc in there own section clearly labelled on each individual pack and also on the instructions. I would not hesitate to purchase again. Thank you

I purchased a mattress from Pine Discount in Port Kennedy. The sales lady Adele was extremely helpful in helping with my selection. I am really pleased with my purchase and would not hesitate to shop there again.

My Husband and I wanted to find a solid King bedroom suite that wasn't going to cost us an arm and a leg. We found exactly that at Pine Discount Furniture. In fact, we found something nicer than we were even expecting. Our suite is made of reclaimed wood with industrial handles and we absolutely love it! Quality for money, friendly service and ease of transaction were three big ticks for us, the only let downs were not having our answering machine message responded back to after two days and the lack of availability for delivery. Otherwise I would 100% recommend shopping here. There is no reason to pay double for the same thing elsewhere. We are very happy with our purchase. We will be back again in the future.

I bought a bedroom suit and had it delivered, the items are heavy and sturdy and are well worth the price, the guys that delivered it called before the drop off to make sure I was in and the sales people in the shop left me alone to make my own mind up. The only down side is that everything arrived wrapped in cardboard and took a while to get rid of, would be good if the shop offered to take the wrapping and recycle it

I went into the port Kennedy store a month or two ago, with no idea of which mattress I wanted and a woman working there went through all of them with me and insisted that I try them out before I purchase instead of rushing me into a deal, anyway I ended up coming back a few weeks ago and and the lady helping me was no longer working there but Ivy was so helpful and we ended up finding the perfect mattress for me (and I’m fussy). It’s a store I’d definitely go back to
