Never again would I install another pivot heater in a new build, the first one made our wall soo hot I was worried it would catch fire and the second one just has a mind of its own, every time we try to contact them they are no help what so ever disgraceful service and even worse appliances NEVERAGAIN

Greg Parker-Hill and the EcoHouse team in Albany WA (furthest dealership from Esse manufacturers in the UK) organised a pop up restaurant for those of us interested to learn about Esse wood stoves. Greg produced an awesome four course Esse menu. Now ready to cook in/on our Esse Bakeheart.

Earlier this year I purchased a Pacific Energy gas log fire. I had a number of issues following installation including a remote control that would not engage with the fire meaning that fire could not be switched on or one night not being able to be switched off! Also the plaster surrounding the fire cracked a number of times.

Very patiently Tammy worked through our issues, updating me constantly along the way and I now have a functioning fire. She did a terrific job, understood my frustration and liaised with the installer. She must be a real bonus to your team.

We liked Nick too who sold us the unit.

We have a large house with 4.2 metre raking ceilings. The enviro freestanding unit distributes heat to all corners of our house. After replacing a wood fire with the enviro unit I was sceptical it would heat such a large area, but this winter has been great. We set the temperature to 18 degrees and the unit cycles through to 21 degrees before it shuts down. It is a little frustrating that the temperature fluctuation is so much, but we have adapted to it nicely. The guys at Pivot Geelong were great to deal with too.

I cannot fault this company and their passion for Esse Stoves. The Esse 990 is the ultimate in hand crafted wood stoves from UK and as such, it was an expensive purchase but well worth the goal of having one. Pivot Stove Co assisted me with an achievable payment arrangement over my nominated time frame. Pivot Stove co has been going since the 1800's. I can assure you that their customer service is genuine old fashioned good quality integrity. Recipes and all. I have complete confidence in my purchase and of this company who provide ongoing assistance.

I ordered a new fan for my fireplace and received it the next day. Very fast service and very appreciated as we live in the mountains with snow all around us, a working fireplace is a necessity.

Found the part I needed online. Rang to get confirmation of price and availability. The very friendly woman from the Geelong office confirmed the price of the item and confirmed the part was available. I ordered online and paid for the part and postage. Payment was accepted and then a day later I received two emails. One stated my funds had been returned and another stating the order was cancelled, without explanation, I rang to find they are not in stock and never will be. So I ask. Why is the part 'available' on line and why was it confirmed it was in stock? Wouldn't chance dealing with the company again. I easily sourced the part I needed within a few minutes on line elsewhere so the part is definitely available.

I bought a Esse 990WD from a elsewhere, and the system was incorrectly specified (couldn't get the stove really hot as there was significant pull on the system to the radiators). I ran met Greg at a show and he offered to come and troubleshoot came and spent the afternoon at our house giving us great advice and telling us what we needed to do to make the stove work. We have had the amendments done and the stove is working magnificently. Thank you to Greg and his team (my plumber spoke to some technical staff at Pivot as well). We love our Esse!
