Ordered pizzas a while back and they were great. Got pizzas last night (same store) and the pepperoni pizza was cremated. Also got a super supreme, nothing super or supreme about it. Basically just cheese and sauce.

Hi I love pizza of pizza hut so testy and delicious.staff namely Adam at Minto pizza hut so helpful and friendly .If pizza hut will have such a nice staff definitely customer would love to visit next time.

Recently ordered pizza online from
Pizza Hut. Pizza had heaps of topping, was cut all the way through and was delivered within time frame. Much better quality and value than Dominoes.

Right I rang up to order some pizzas got threw to the call centre lady was rude and didn’t seem to care at all ordered my pizzas and was told it would cost $103 hell no.
She then put me on hold and then hung up
Rang back got some dude was a better price because he put it in a deal for us but then he put me on hold and then hung up on me at this time I was getting ticked off.
Against my better judgment I rang back and got a hold of the morayfield store I ordered and he told me a price that was $20 more then what old mate told me.
I’m an essential worker been working all day and all I wanted was some pizza not a good start Pizza Hut sort your mess out.

I'm so mad all I wanted was cheese pizza instead I got a freaking pizza with the cheese all stuck to the pizza box.
So utterly disappointed pizza hut.
I'm gonna cry myself to sleep now.

Terrible pizzas, will never order anything from here again. Food made me feel sick, best thing I ordered was the coke drink. Ordered a 2 pizza deal with garlic bread & coke & will throw out basically a whole pizza because it’s that gross. Dominos is supremely better by a mile. Good customer service but the food was disgusting

Ordered 3 pizzas online and paid for them.
On pick up from ST Marys NSW store 1 had olives in which I’m allergic to and removed them from my online order, 1 had very very minimal cheese, on complaint they would only remake 1, allowing the others to go cold, I told them I paid $40 and don’t want the other 2 pizzas cold and 1 with no cheese... they wouldn’t refund, and the pizzas were made poorly, after a heated argument I left the store and left the pizzas with them !!!

Notice how all the deals have gone and prices have increased? Corona-thievery perchance? Watch out for all these companies as they will be trying to gouge their customers. Remember when this is over

I preferred a pizza knew that whenever anyone knocks on the door my dogs bark like crazy so I wait 2 hours later I ring up and ask? It was “delivered” but not at my door so they say they will delivery again. And when they do they guy knocks so quietly I almost missed it! It’s awful service if you deliver ring my door bel or knock

I've always loved pizza hut more than any other for the flavour but unfortunately these days the prices are out of control. Really need an overhaul on prices to match dominos

It is the worst pizza that I have ever ate. I always prefer pizza hut over any other pizza provider but this time it is worst, there was no taste, not even properly baked and I can't even identified any flavors in it. Very much disappointed.

Brought Large Supreme thin base and 1 Meatlovers normal base. Were ready on time but when opened looked very poor quality. Only able to eat half of each Pizza's due to very poor quality. This Morayfield store had improved recently but now bac k to selling rubbish. Normally attend the Narangba branch from which I have never had one bad Pizza. I let Dominoes due to falling quality and about to do the same with Pizza Hut.

ordered online and was over charged. rang customer service only to be told it was a store issue. how is it a store issue when i ordered on line and not at the store. customer service refused to refund the overcharge back to my card saying the store will deal with it. it's not the stores fault as they had nothing to with the order other than cook it from information received from the online system. pizza hut loses out as i will never buy from pizza hut again and will be telling anyone who cares to listen or read email of my experience.
maybe one day i may receive a refund.

The pizzas are getting smaller their deals seem only to be mid week and not weekends when family and friends over and today we noticed a extra 10% pizza hut is a big company because their workers work on sunday we pay more it really ridiculous.

After going through an old style ordering system that we made 3 or 4 changes to advance as the site needs some major changes to make easy we were told 5 minutes later that they don’t deliver to Fullarton. What a joke .

The order was delivered quickly and the food was nice and hot. However, I had to add a sparking water to the order to get it to minimum delivery price (On top of which I was charged 5 dollars anyway.) and I got a still water.

I got the 3x2 deal delivery.
The delivery time was great and the pizzas hot however the cause used on chicken supreme and super supreme was horrible, way to smokey, the toppings were good and as was the pastry.. the bbq meat lovers was not bad and the cheesy garlic bread was good. The cheesy spud bites were no good and there were only 8 in the box anyhow.
Conclusion: change the base sause and don't bother with cheesy bites also traditional crust is better. Better than dominoes....Happy eating

Too small and overcooked ..Pizza hut have totally lost its magic.
No longer worth it's asking price and skimping on cheese and crust is now too thick.Such a waste of money

I ordered a vegan pizza and I was literally embarrassed for the restaurant. It was dry and tasteless. There’s no options to add vegetables either so it was a dry base, a bit of cheese and a ton of oregano. I’m offended they even offer a vegan option and it makes me sad to think of all the other great options elsewhere- don’t bring vegan clients to you when you can’t offer them anything good. Be decent and let them go somewhere good.
