When we entered the Fyshwick store we were approached by Josie she was very helpful and showed us the furniture we were looking for, explaining everything thoroughly from maintaining it to warranty. Josie provided us with some very useful information and was always able to answer any of our questions, she made the whole experience of purchasing our suite a pleasure. With service like that I would recommend the store to friends and family.

Tash at Fyshwick store gave me great service. She explained the warranty provisions clearly and the arrangements she made for delivery of the product (electric recliner chairs) were clearly spelt out. The store has arranged the stock very well such that whatever one wants is easily found.

The store was set out well and had a good range of furniture. Chris provided excellent service and really knew his products. He gave me a quote for the pieces I was interested in and followed up with a written quote which he emailed to me. When I returned to the shop to complete my purchase, Natasha also provided excellent service and thoroughly explained the terms and conditions of my purchase. All staff were very friendly. I would definitely recommend Plush Furniture for lounge suites.

I was at the Fyshwick store to buy a product and Tash from the store provided an outstanding service. Tash answered all my questions and she also provided some valuable information that really helped me in making a decision on which product to buy from the store. Tash at the Fyshwick store was brilliant and so patient - thanks Tash. I was back and forth over the weeks and when Tash wasn't there the others were great too. I've bought two different sofas from Plus Fyshwick in the past year and both times the service has been wonderful and the product quality top class. Really well set out store with printed information at each sofa with price so you can wander at your leisure. Then the staff's knowledge and helpfulness followed through. Plush sales are great.

The moment we walked into the store I was greeted by a young man with the most impeccable manners. Found the lounge we wanted and then we met Tash we were blown away by her, she was so helpful went above and and beyond. Great work guys Fantastic Customer Service.

Service was great, Tash was very helpful and friendly, and they had the only sofa in all of the ACT that suited our space. It took a few months from order to delivery but it was worth the wait. It is super comfy and the quality looks and feels excellent.

We ordered a lounge today from Plush at Fyshwick. We had undertaken some research on line before we arrived. However, all of our questions were answered by Amber and she helped us to decide on a lounge, our fabric and the configuration. Amber is clearly very experienced and she quickly determined our needs and helped us to make decisions with helpful and directed information. She is one of the best retail assistants I have ever met. It was really nice that she said that she enjoyed helping us decide what she wanted. A very genuine and helpful person.

During our visit to the Fyshwick store today Chris was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and made our experience very pleasant. He was able to help us with all our questions and made our decision to purchase a new sofa from Plush and easy one. His effort to keep our kids entertained really helped too!
