We had a great experience at Plush Alexandria, largely thanks to the wonderful and genuine customer services provided by Josh. He was very patient while we tossed up different sizes and fabrics. He was able to show us couches on the floor that would be similar in feel to all of the fabrics on our shortlist. He talked through the pros and cons of different fabrics, which gave us confidence to make this big purchase for our new house. He was even kind enough to tell us where we could buy one of the (non Plush) coffee tables from! Can't wait for our new Zara to arrive!

Molly helped us find our perfect sofa at Plush Alexandria. She was casual and friendly in her approach (not overly sales-like) which was refreshing and gave us space when needed. She had an upbeat friendly manner, was able to answer all our questions easily, understood our needs and gave us the best deal possible on what we bought. I would highly recommend Plush Alexandria (and ask for Molly!)

We went to Plush Alexandria fo their 50% off January sale and were not disappointed. The selection was great and prices reasonable. We were served by Molly who gave us some good advice and generally did a great job looking after us.

We could not ask for a more courteous, patient,respectful and knowledgeable person to help us out. After searching for 3 months for a sofa which filled our needs and dealing with a number of salespeople Molly was a breath of fresh air to deal with. We were quite satisfied with the service and ranges. Josh was a great help and made the process quite easy. We wanted to get some more throw cushions for our lounge and this was organised.

You can easily find the product you're specifically looking for or browse the fantastic product range. We walked into the shop and was greeted by Robert who listened to what we were looking for - A lounge with some sort of beach vibe. We live near the beach and wanted our style to reflect the furniture in our new house. Robert immediately showed us something on the floor and we were pretty impressed with his knowledge and expertise in picking out something based on what we needed. He made it easy and we got the couch in a configuration that suited our space perfectly. He honestly went out of his way to help us. Seriously, couldn't fault the shop or the couch, we put a deposit down and walked away feeling pretty good with the whole experience. Would recommend shopping here to find something good!
