Plush Furniture NSW, Newcastle

Recently we paid a deposit for a sofa with Plush Furniture Newcastle and were extremely happy with the customer service we received. I phoned prior to visiting the store regarding a fabric enquiry and was assisted by Elyse, who was helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable.
Elyse also assisted us when we visited the store and was the perfect Sales Assistant, knowing just the right time to give us some time to ourselves to think things through and try out the different lounges.
We have been extremely satisfied with the service and flexibility provided by Plush Newcastle so far.

The staff in Newcastle were helpful and understanding while considering our lounge chair configuration.
We took samples of fabric home ponder.
On arrival, everything was unpacked, placed & the electrics put into operation and the packaging was taken away.
We are really happy with our reclining chairs and two seater lounges, they are beautifully comfortable, how lovely to put up our feet!
As well as that they look great, fortunately just as I hoped it would be.
We are happy with the quality, comfort and style.

My family and I went to Plush Newcastle yesterday a little undecided over what we wanted. My partner and I visited Newcastle and popped into Plush Sofas to browse. We were so impressed with Nigel's knowledge and patience in helping us find a sofa my partner and I both loved! As we were unsure of the area of our new home, we took a couple of weeks to measure and ensure that the colour would match our colour scheme. Nigel was again wonderful over the phone (we live in Tamworth!) and assisted me in ensuring we had the right configuration and fabric and was happy to honor previous promotion which ended a day before! He showed great patience and was fantastic in understanding my anxieties in ensuring I had the right sofa for the right price! Thank you Nigel! Can't wait to get my sofa!!

Purchased our new sofa and was informed of the 8 week supply lead time and thought this was great as it suited my needs perfectly. I mentioned at the time it was unusual as Plush has always ran overtime for supply in the past. Lo and behold, right on the 8 week mark I rang to enquire about delivery and was informed it would be another month! They asked me if I would like a loan sofa and I informed them yes. Nothing happened. I then called them in another 4 weeks about delivery and still had to wait another 2 weeks. I love my lounge but i was disappointed about the delays and the fact that I had to contact the store for updates. We were given a discount for our trouble but just a disappointing experience.

We decided to purchase a new sofa and wanted a high quality product that would deliver...ultimately we chose Plush. The staff who assisted, Margaret and Tyler were fantastic and very helpful to say the least. Margaret made a few extra unprompted enquiries on our behalf, and as a result we were able to purchase the sofa from floor stock. The discounts given were phenomenal!! The expected wait time was advised and I received updates along the way. The delivery was a quick and an easy process too. Within 10 minutes our new sofa was in place. We cannot fault Plush and totally recommend them to anyone looking for quality products and equally good service.

I had the most amazing experience at Plush Newcastle. Not only did I find my dream lounge but Elyse Richards is one of a kind. Elyse made me feel so welcomed into the store. Her customer service is outstanding - you can tell she loves her job. Elyse listened to what I needed with a lounge which made the process simple. Plush is very lucky to have Elyse working at their Newcastle store. I will be recommending my friends to her if they ever need a lounge.

After ordering what we thought was the perfect sized modular sofa we were horrified to realise that it really needed to be longer on one side. Thinking that we would have to live with our mistake I rang Plush Newcastle to see if any solution was available. The staff reminded me that they have a "Change of Heart" policy if you are not completely happy with your sofa. For the cost of around $100 freight, the first sofa was collected within 3 days and a completely new one ordered with the additional module that it needed. I found this level of customer service absolutely brilliant and we love our new sofa. Thankyou to Plush Newcastle for all your assistance.

Great service, clear explanation on how to have the modular perfectly fit our lounge room. Leather is gorgeous. We have had for 2.5 years now and it's still in prime condition and amazingly as comfortable as the day we purchased it. For me this was a big money purchase but I would have no hesitation in doing this again (watch for their regular sales though).

The store was simple to navigate and beautifully presented.I was highly satisfied with the range and quality of products available and the store was not cluttered. Lovely Chris and Sean skillfully delivered and installed my lounge and removed the packaging and took it away with them. Chris observed the splitter cable was missing and immediately made arrangements to remedy from my home. Lovely Nigel and Elyse offered to personally deliver the part to my home that day- above and beyond the call of duty. I can't thank them enough.
The only problem is that my Plush lounge is so comfortable I fall asleep each time I sit on it!

We were greatly helped by Elyse at the Newcastle store. One of those good sales people who give you information, then leave you to process it, then comes back and checks on you, answers questions, goes away again, comes back etc. we were very happ with Elyses knowledge of the product. We took our quote away, shopped around and came back to plush, where we experienced excellent service again. We probably wentto the store 4 times before making our final selection and every staff member was friendly and helpful. Congrats to Nigel, Elyse and the team.
