The store was spacious and easy to get around. The products were displayed well and they offer a large range of fabric / leather colours and different qualities.
Both staff members, Judith and Bijoy at the Aspley store, were welcoming and accommodating without being pushy.
We haven’t received our new lounge as yet but are looking forward to it and hope it is everything it says it will be.

Bijoy at Aspley was very good at helping us choose our sofa. Now that we have received it we are very happy. It is really comfortable and their service from buying to installation was first class.

Meryl greeted me as soon as I entered the store. She showed me a range of sofas to meet my needs. She allowed me time to browse but was readily available to answer my questions. Styles, fabrics and prices were discussed. I was given written quotes and delivery times. I returned 2 days later to place my order and Meryl was very thorough in explaining everything from delivery, fabric care, Plush Shield fabric protection etc. I was very happy with my experience at Plush Aspley and will recommend to friends.

We recently received delivery of our new plush sofa and we are thrilled. From the exceptional service received by Tamara in the Aspley store assisting us to choose the right sofa through to product delivery from the funny and friendly delivery drivers we can honestly say it has been a genuinely positive experience purchasing from Plush. The delivery drivers unpackaged the sofa, set it in the perfect position, connected it to our power supply and took the packaging away with them all in an efficient time frame. The sofa looks amazing and is of a very high quality. I would highly recommend purchasing from Plush. This is our second time purchasing a sofa from Plush as the products and service is fabulous.
