Plush Furniture QLD, Bundall

We walked into Plush at Bundall after visiting many other furniture stores and were greeted by Cam. We have a long and skinny TV room that we were struggling to find a suitable couch for but Cam showed us a few options and helped us work out which would fit the room and our family best. Then we got to choose our fabric and were lucky enough that there was a couch covered in the one we liked so we could see the finished product (I'm not very good at visualizing how a sample will look on a larger scale). We can't wait for the couches to arrive

As we walked into your Bundall store we received an excellent welcome and smile from Hanna. She immediately understood our requirements and took us straight to the recliner chair we would need.Hanna was so patient and caring and showed us so many swatches advising us along the way.She gave us as much time as we needed . Having previously purchased our current leather lounge from plush approximately 15 years ago we made this store our first port of call when needing to furnish a new home with additional living room requirements.
The service and product knowledge that we received was excellent. Room sizes and layouts were considered when making potential choices and we were given time and undivided attention by the knowledgeable and professional yet friendly sales person Waverley .
One shopping trip resulted in multiple purchases at great prices on a range of quality items .

We bought two couches at the same time. One has faired very nicely and on the other, the leather has cracked soo much. When we call plush they say this is wear and tear and it is not covered by warranty. It has been 5 years since we purchased both of them. We have not got any useful support. The only thing we hear back is that we have to bear the expense of fixing as it’s not a manufacturing defect. But I don’t know how two pieces purchased in one go and have lived in the same room as each other and one has worn out and the other has not and it’s not a manufacturer defect??

Bundall store is amazing. The staff make your experience even better. Hanna, our sales attendant, was awesome- her knowledge and patience was second to none. I know the wait is going to be worth it!

We purchased our new Santa Monica sofa from Waverley at the Bundall store. Waverley was the most helpful salesperson I have ever had. She was patient and VERY informative. With such a large financial outlay, we needed the time to it right. Can not recommend Waverley at Bundall enough.

Could not thank Hanna enough from the Bundall store for making our life easier by assisting my wife and I in selecting 2 leather sofa beds for our new rental place. She was very professional, showing us the various sofa beds we were looking at and by giving us fantastic advice while making us relax with no pressure. This is the second time we have purchased from Plush Bundall. Cam and her staff have been very helpful with their product knowledge and assistance with delivery etc. We have also recomended them to our friends. We bypassed other sofa providers as we are very happy with the three sofas we purchased first time.
