Unplanned visit to the Fortitude Valley store but we needed a new sofa and so pleased that we found Plush!

Sidney was very helpful, we found the style that we liked but weren't sure of the size, a quick dash home to measure and Sidney had it all sorted in a matter of minutes.

Delivery went off without a hitch and we couldn't be more pleased with our new sofa

We really enjoyed our visit to Plush Fortitude Valley, it wasn't a planned trip but after relocation we were looking for new sofas and stumbled across Plush (not a store we knew in our previous location) .. Must say we were excited by the range and the instore service was fantastic. the staff knew there products inside out and my husband found his Perfect sofa combo. We had to make some changes to the display model and that was no problem . Must say we are going to get years of comfy seating.

The Store Managers across two stores seamlessly managed the process to acquire multiple items and have them delivered at a time that was mutually convenient.

Still getting used to the furniture, but it looks and feels great!

Very happy with the quality of my ottomans. The fabrics were chosen by myself. The Customer Service was excellent. Made my decision on fabric choice and ottomans in 10mins, paid and walked out. And I didn't even plan on shopping but I know good quality when I see one.

Overall happy with the product but the extra $207 'up-sell' paid for the 'Plush Shield Warranty' was ridiculous. It should be standard with the product. It wasn't explained if I needed it or not. The sales person just assumed without explaining if it was necessary. I would have thought, as a consumer purchase, the product has some protections under the ACL. The extra warranty appears redundant and just a way of boosting profit.

July 3rd 2018 Update: Love the sofa

Quality build. Quality fabric, strong but comfortable. Raises the look of the whole living room. Excellent service from Plush. Would recommend.

Visited the Fortitude Valley store - was suffering from shopping confusion in the midst of moving house, but got a quote anyway to go away and think about it. A 50% sale came along soon after so emailed in and asked for a requote and went ahead with the order and did everything online. Patiently waited while the couch was made with custom fabric and before I knew it it was time for delivery. Having a 2 hour delivery window was great. Ronald and Gi phoned ahead to let me know they were 10 minutes away. They came in like lightening, removed the plastic, put the furniture pads on and within all of 5 minutes they were done and gone! Very happy with the whole process and hats off to the delivery guys.

My leather lounge was delivered by Ronald and G this morning. They were so courteous and helpful and made the effort to get here early so I could get to my granddaughter’s ballet. I really appreciated their reliable and pleasant service. Set up in a flash and all rubbish removed.

Sofas are beautiful. The delivery chaps (Tom and Brad) did a fantastic job and getting the sofas into a confined spot, great service!!

Recently purchased a lunge and a couple of chairs and the floor staff, especially Amy were wonderful. Not the typical pushy sales type, with great product knowledge. Jamie was also excellent when finalising the order over the phone as I had a lot of questions. Thanks to Tom for also assisting with my quote changes. Thanks Plush Fortitude Valley!

Unit delivered yesterday and quickly and efficiently positioned by Tom & Brad - the guys were efficient, fast and removed all the wrapping etc.
