Have just ordered a Plush Cameo lounge from Plush Townsville. The service we received from Chantel was excellent. She was very helpful when choosing a lounge with helpful suggestions and follow up emails. I would also mention Claire who also assisted us and has previously helped us when we were in the Townsville store looking for our lounge. Both assistants helped make our decision easier. We are looking forward to delivery of our lounge.

I had an exceptionally good experience purchasing my new sofa from Plush Townsville. We were helped by Amanda and also Chantel. Amanda's service was exemplary - helping us with selection of style, leather and measurements. Our selected sofa was not on the floor to view, but we were assured that the Plush Satisfaction Guarantee would cover us if the sofa was not what we expected. When the sofa was delivered, the delivery team were very courteous and helpful, bringing the sofa in to the living room and removing packaging and adding the feet.
We are incredibly pleased with the quality of the leather and the comfort of the sofa. The process with selection, purchase and delivery with Plush far exceeded my expectations.

I have just purchased a Carlton couch (3 seater with chaise and recliner in Coastal Silver leather) from the Townsville store, and Claire has made this a wonderful experience. I am the first to admit that I am not the easiest customer (indecisive and quite picky), and Claire has been incredibly patient and willing to provide me with all the information I have requested. The couch was delivered today and I am very happy with the product, and although there are a few minor scratches in the leather, I have no doubt that this will be taken care of in the upcoming weeks.
I plan to purchase an armchair in the upcoming months, and will absolutely be returning to Plush Townsville to make this purchase.

Erin, from the Townsville store - the sales person - was great. Produced what I asked for. The couch I ordered is very comfortable and amazing to relax/nap on.
The delivery people were a different breed. I watched them connect the feet on my couch crooked. And then one of the feet didn’t fit and is missing. Instead of helping the situation out. I was then asked to call their head office to rectify. Because that wasn’t up to the local store to sort out.
After spending A lot of money on this couch and waiting 10+ weeks for it. You would think that the follow through service would suit.
Again. Sales staff are amazing. Pitty the Rest of the service did not raise to their level.

I purchased a red leather lounge with a chase. Claire our salesperson was awesome in the purchasing process. Delivery was on time and quality of the finished product is immaculate.

We drove down from cairns to have a look and met with Amanda who was so knowledgeable and helpful. She took so much time with us and helped us select a beautiful sofa. Good company we have had three other products from plush before and great aftercare service

with pleasure we returned to Plush (Townsville) for replacement lounge of one we purchased from Plush (Shepperton) back in 2002. The only place i could find where you can totally customise your needs and desires. The staff are very knowledgeable of their products and very helpful with advise and very patient with my indecisions. Thanks to Claire for all her help.
