Great after care service
Thank you Peter for helping fix my chaise lounge (was delivered with a defect - not uncommon considering the type of leather). Peter was quick to respond, educational and my couch looks brand new.

THe pieces don’t stay together
I have had someone out to me twice to reconnect the pieces, buy they will not stay together, I am at a loss as to what to do. Every time you sit they move around. Disappointed

Great Experience
The padding in the seats and back of our lounge suite had lost some volume and I rang Plus Customer Care to discuss options.They organised a technician to come and assess the issue. Alison at Plush Customer Care was fantastic in negotiating a price for the repair and the technician carried out a great job. We are very happy with the result.

Minor repair fixed without question or cost!
I made contact with Plush and explained the footrest required fixing. They rang me back the next day and put me in touch with the technician. He attended the job on time fixed the problem on site. Brilliant service. I was very happy.

Don’t buy from plush
They provided me with a smelly lounge and they refuse to cover it under warranty. The feathers in the lounge are horrible and smelly I would not recommend them at all. Please buy from others

Unhappy with service
Brought a leather couch 2 years ago and i purchased the extra warranty at the time of purchase. However, recently the sofa material started becoming darker and the leather started ripping. I called up the customer care line and they advised that it was my fault and rejected my claim saying that we ripped/damaged it ourselves. We don't have any small children that would sit on it and only sit on the sofa to watch TV. Under normal circumstances this should not be happening. ly broke the leather seats and refused to put the claim in. Very unhappy with the service as we brought the warranty in order to cover events like this but already after two short years the sofa material is breaking and I cannot even claim the warranty I got.2 comments

Excellent after sales support
We purchased 2 Plush sofas in 2014 and recently required minor repairs on the legs which were still under warranty. Only one phone call was required to have the repairer contact us directly. Robert Sarantoulias arranged a suitable appointment and arrived at the time specified. He was professional and extremely helpful. Very friendly, did a great job at fixing the issue and even replaced the floor protectors on the legs for us. Highly recommend Rob and the warranty process in place at Plush.

Good After Sales Service
After purchasing our sofa about 12 months ago, we noticed one of the seat pillows was a bit loose and didn't look as it should. After a few emails, and inspections, we had Corey come out today who replaced the seat insert and re-upholstered the seat. He was so professional, quick and the finish product looks amazing. Thanks Corey on an outstanding repair.
