Purchased the Dane 3 seat + chaise on the weekend after a couple of months of looking. Leah was extremely helpful & patient. Never felt rushed. She went above & beyond with her service. Thankyou Leah, we look forward to getting our sofa in a few months & seeing it in the fabric. Only suggestion to Plush would be to show Dane in fabric option on website or showroom.

The store was easy to navigate, very neat, clean and well lit. I visited other furniture distributors nearby and returned to Plush Sofas as they had what I was looking for, price compared well to the other stores and I was able to get the two items I was looking for at the one place.
I was served by Leah who was professional and friendly and guided me well through fabric selections.
I cannot comment on quality of products as I am waiting for delivery but I was given precise informationon warranty of furniture items and fabric protection.

Immediately from entering the Plush store at Marion, I received outstanding customer service from Dennis. Dennis went above and beyond my expectations as a customer and took time and care in my process of selecting a lounge suite. He provided specific size options with exact measurements I gave to him and also provided many different colour and material options and was very patient. Dennis ensured the process was a very smooth and successful one. I am very grateful I had the pleasure of dealing with Dennis during my time buying a lounge suite at Plush Marion.

I was very impressed with Dennis from Plush Furniture Marion, in both his professionalism, but also his efficiency in getting everything locked away. As this item was a gift, someone else made the initial purchase and I then called Dennis directly to confirm the material colour. Dennis knew exactly who I was and the whole process was completed in less than 10 minutes! This is something I sincerely value as with my current work commitments, I would have found it hard to make time to come into the store. I can't wait to receive my new snuggle chair!

Recently I visited the Marion store looking for a modular lounge to fit in my rumpus/TV room. Leah assisted me by providing great advice and service. I was torn with my choice as I had seen a modular that I also loved in another store and after several visits and conversations with Leah her professionalism and service convinced me to buy my modular (which I absolutely love) from Plush. This is my second lounge from this quality store.

The service we received from Plush Sofas was outstanding. After looking at the range online we went into the Marion store where Leah assisted us in making our selection. We could not have been happier with the information, advice and assistance we received from Leah and can't wait for our product to arrive. Highly recommend!

After looking for 3 months we were thrilled to find a couch that met our size and shape requirements and is super comfy. Leah was very helpful and service great.

Plush Marion was a wonderful store to shop in. A broad range of sofas, excellent special prices, and fantastic customer service resulted in some happy campers here. Laura did a marvellous job of tolerating our questions and changes of decision, and dealt with a few nuisances that popped up along the way with patience and good humour. Very much looking forward to our couches arriving!

We purchased a new lounge suite from Plush at Marion on the weekend. We are very happy with the lounge suite itself as we were able to custom design this particular one. But the best part of our experience was the customer service we received from Laura. She absolutely knew her product back to front, was able to assist us in everything we wanted and was extremely helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend her to anyone ! She made the experience very easy and stress free.

Visited Plush for the first time and found their products far superior than other competitors. Excellent customer service from Elyce at Mile End. Nothing was too hard for her and her knowledge of products was outstanding. So looking forward to getting our new sofa.

Visited many other competitors but found Plush had a superior product, fantastic service and were better value all round. Nothing was too hard for the staff and she even advised us to go home and re-measure our lounge before committing to a product. Elyce was amazing. Highly commend her on her service.

The store layout was logical and was easy to move around. We thought to range of products was good. Tba re quality as we haven't received it yet.
