I had a great shopping experience today! Walked away with a smile after purchasing a beautiful recliner from Shauna at the Gepps Cross store, very polite and helpful service provided

Flimsy, poor stitching, sharp staples, foul smelling leather, damaged in transit.
We ordered an $8000 leather couch from Plush in their 50% off sale four months ago, so we paid $4500 including leather warranty. The showroom staff were polite if not a bit pushy.
Three months later the couch was delivered and it was damaged, we assume in transit. We emailed them and asked for it to be collected and for a new one to be sent - not unreasonable at that price point. They said they would send someone out to look at and fix our couch as a “warranty claim” and that person would call within two days. No one called. I followed up in ...email again the following week, no reply. We then spent a little quality time on the alleged $8000 sofa. It is so flimsy and wobbly, we bought rubber stoppers for under the legs to try to fix the issue, it didn’t fix it. I could feel my husband move his leg or arm from the other end of the couch and the back cushions go out of shape every time we used it. The stitching was of poor quality, there were sharp injury-causing staples sticking out from underneath the sofa and the leather stunk like it had been badly tanned and treated. I contacted Plush again via email stating our issues with the quality and asking for the sofa to be collected and for a refund in full. I subsequently emailed them two more times before calling them three weeks later. The customer service rep I spoke with was helpful and she asked her manager if they could refund it for us. They said they would do an extended “change of heart” guarantee. The couch was finally collected after five weeks of it in our home and after multiple emails, phone calls and threats of the ACCC. We received a refund in full within three days of collection. To summarise; The good customer service stops as soon as you hand over your money and the high quality showroom items at Plush are not the same as the low quality items that are delivered to your home. Save your time and money, don’t buy a Plush sofa.
Don buy any products
We bought two recliners in 2016 from Plush. After 3 years of usage lather on arm support broke on one of the recliner chairs. Plush’s experts refused to fix the problem because they said we cleaned them in the wrong way. We will never go to Plush for anything again. I spoke to consumer affairs and they are interested in this con. Do not buy any product form Plush, poor quality, poorly designed and awful service.
Such an uncomplicated experience
I had a specific notion of the leather modular couch I wanted to purchase. Luckily Neelia was able to provide me with everything I needed. Can't wait to have it arrive. Excellent service and product knowledge. Will purchase again from Plush.

Best Customer Service Experience
Me & the Mrs were really pleased with Carla Buschhueter attentiveness to our many questions. She knew her product from the inside out and provided us with the much needed reassurance we both needed!
She gave us honest answers, without the pressure of pushing the sale. Prompt and efficient service, will recommend her to all my contacts anyday. It is indeed rare to see such detailed customer service in retails these days. Overall an enjoyable time even we when were spending money!!!

Love my new Sofa!
Love my new sofa from Plush Gepps Cross! While technically my sofa was not on sale, Plush still gave me a good price on it. The guys who delivered it, Ash and Jason, placed the sofa exactly where I needed it, unpacked and set it up for me, and took all the wrapping with them again. They were done in no time. Would definitely recommend Plush. The only downside to the whole thing was that it took a few weeks before I could get my sofa but that's because it still had to be manufactured... In Australia which was nice to know.
Best Sofa Ever!
It was so easy to my nearest Plush store when we went looking for a new sofa. The range was extensive and the quality was definately able to be seen and felt. Compared to our old sofa, which we had only bought the year before, our new Plush sofa is 100 times more comfortable, and that boils down to the quality construction. Danielle at the Gepps Cross store was brilliant and really helped us find the best fabric for our situation and we just LOVE it!
