The couch and the service from Taryn are both terrific! Great purchase experience! Taryn showed us the couches we were thinking of buying. Her professional knowledge and friendly and cary service made the experience very easy and pleasant.

After being provided information from Sandra at Dandenong store, we went to Frankston store to finalise the purchase. We were served by Taryn, who processed the sale in a very friendly and professional manner, going through all the details of caring for the product, details of guarantee, and delivery time frame, etc.

Taryn at the Frankston store was helpful and patient without being pushy. She answered all our questions which made deciding what to buy easier. This is our second Plush purchase.

A big thank you to Emily at Plush Frankston for allowing me the 50% discount on purchasing a sectional piece that I omitted when I first bought the couch 6 months ago, I didn't even need to ask! Emily came out to the car and helped me measure my boot space so that I could pick up the piece rather than having the cost of delivery. The quality of furniture at Plush outshines it's competitors and so do the staff!

I like the layout of the store the staff we ok. But they were all woman. Menbuy furniture too. I hated The waiting time. For the price should be shorter.

We were served by Marianne at the Frankston store. Marianne did not at any time pressure us and made our purchase an enjoyable experience. She pointed out the merits of each piece of furniture we were interested in and eventually we made a decision based on her well considered opinion. I hate shopping at the best of times, but Marianne made my shopping very enjoyable.

We were very happy with the service that Marianne in the Frankston showroom, showed us! She took the time to listen to our needs & customize our order accordingly. It was busy Boxing Day but this didn't compromise the customer care at all.

Taryn in Frankston took time to print out and explain to us the various specs.on our 2 identified modular lounges. After putting down a deposit we were given flexabililty regarding our final dimensions, to be decided once we got home.

We purchased a leather Cameo set, Maryanne at Frankston was very helpful and patient with us making this big purchase! drafting quotes for various configurations and options which she was all too happy to do. We are thrilled with our purchase and couldn't recommend Maryanne highly enough. The Cameo itself is amazing, looks fantastic and we love it! Hopefully it stands the test of time unlike a lot of the reviews i am reading about the leather issues, I will update as time goes on. I can assure you we will be looking after our lounge sweet very well as this is a large purchase for us.
