Plush Furniture VIC, Highpoint

We visited Plush Highpoint a few times trying to decide on couches for our new house. Couches are a big decision as they can make or break a space. We received assistance from Fergus who was really knowledgable and helpful. He provided insight into the different designs, materials and pricing and was really patient while we decided what type of couch we were looking for. Each time we visited, he made sure to follow up with us and remembered who we were, a nice personal touch. We ended up buying two couches and the service was excellent! Andrina was very professional and friendly. She was very patient as she took me through the selection process for my sofa. Great selection of sofas and with Andrina’s great help; I found what I was looking for and bought it!!

We had a wonderful experience with plush. In store, we were served by Samuel who gave us a lot of his time and went above and beyond to ensure we would have our couch before Christmas. Joanne was great to engage with at the Highpoint store. She let us explore on our own and only approached when she saw that we needed help. We didn't feel rushed, pressured or watched which was awesome!

My "Softy" sofa is suffering from massive sag into the middle, and massive breakdown in the performance of the cushioning. It is beyond a joke, and yet they refuse to do anything about it, despite a 10 year piece of mind warranty.

Met with Andrina to explain all about the Citti range sofa. We were super excited to see the sofa in real form as we had our eye on it from your website. It was great to have had Andrina show us and explain all options of the Citti range. She was most helpful, understanding to our needs. Explained the differences with leather options and colour range. We were most happy to sign on the dotted line and purchase 2 x 3 seater Citti range sofas. Andrina also explained the aftercare to leather as well as the Plush shield leather care warranty. We recently purchased two sofa beds and we were served by Fergus. He is very respectful, polite and helpful. Fergus is a gentleman and very knowledgeable about plush products. He outlined our options and helped us to come up with the best products for our family needs.

We have only just ordered our couch, so we haven't received it yet, however we were very happy with the assistance provided by Fergus. He was very helpful and took the time to help us make the right decision. He was a pleasure to deal with and we highly recommend him!

You hear stories like I waited all day and they didn't arrive. Plush have been professional at every turn. Recieved a confirmation sms the day b4 then in the morning another to say they would be there in 30 mins. And they were Joel & Jason were quick, timely and helpful. Highly recommend.

Our leather lounge suite is absolutely beautiful and we are really happy with the finished product. Our house has a small and narrow front door and hallway, so we were very thankful to have Jonathan and Pablo expertly manoeuvre our three seater and armchairs through. As busy parents we also appreciated how thorough, speedy and personable they were with set up and clean up. Thanks gents!
