Before I had entered the showroom I had already spent time on line researching couches.
I had looked at several different suppliers.
I decided to go into the store to look at one of my preferred couches.
While there I decided not to go further and purchase my sofa from Knox Plush.
The customer service was fantastic and Melissa was extremely helpful.
I felt comfortable in the place and I was able to spend time sitting on the couch I wished to purchase.
After consulting with my family I returned several days later and purchased the couch.

After researching and visiting different stores within the South Eastern Suburbs Melbourne, our last stop was plush Wantirna South where we found the quality of their furniture is at a very high standard with a 10 year guarantee on all parts, stitching, leather or fabrics. Spoke to Jodie.W who was very friendly and helpful she gave us a lot of good advice on different sofas we were looking at.
I'm happy to say that we purchased our sofas at very good discount they also threw in the complete leather care kit as an extra I wouldn't hesitate to recommend plush Wantirna South to everyone for their great discount and friendly service

My husband and I had already been to another Plush store but wanted to reinspect our choice to confirm it was right for us. Upon arrival, David was busy with other customer but acknowledged us never the less. Once alone, he gave us the time and space to discuss matter ourselves before approaching. He was friendly, easy going and extremely knowledgeable about the product. He assisted us in making our final decision without applying undue pressure. At checkout he even awarded the commission to the sales person at the previous store.
The whole process from entering the store to payment was easy, natural and informative.
