Very helpful people in store. I had to wait a little longer for delivery but Joel and Jason delivered them today and I'm exceptionally pleased with both the product and these two guys who were chatty, friendly and worked to put the sofas in place and screw the legs on, quickly and cleanly, taking all the packaging with them. Thanks for a superb service.

From the time we entered the store, Leanne made our decision to purchase our new suite easy. No pressure, helpful suggestions and guidance. Also a great deal.

Ordered a lounge suite from Plush Nunawading, Victoria. Great helpful staff in store. Received delivery today (after sms was sent to me notifying the approx. delivery day/time). Outstanding service from Jonathan and Pablo, the delivery guys. On time, bought into house large bulky item, unpacked, placed in position where I wanted it and cleaned up. Very satisfied.

Room to move, relaxing ambience, very well laid out.
Wide range of products with take home information on every item.
So many choices of colours, materials, sizes, I am rapt with my new purchase.

I loved dealing with Vanessa at Plush in Nunawading. They had a large range of products. Lots of different styles. Vanessa helped me choose - I was able to borrow samples to look at the colours for my lounge. I am so happy with my purchase. The delivery was smooth. Danny and Sid from Demiri Transport were great at communicating arrival times, friendly and helpful. The whole Plush team understood that I was making a large investment and I really appreciated their care and consideration.

Vanessa at the Nunawading store has sold us all of our couches (4 in total over a 6 month period). She is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We love our new couches, the quality is outstanding. We still have one more couch to purchase and will definitely be visiting the Nunawading Plush Showroom again.
The Showroom is well presented with a great range of couches and leather and fabric samples to choose from.

Andrea was very helpful in assisting us to choose the type of leather for our couch. She was very professional and honored the price on a previous quote we had.

Really nice experience, Andrea spent a lot of time assisting us very knowledgeable did not feel rushed, very happy with what we purchased, visited 5 other furniture stores on the day glad I went with plush. Would highly recommend a visit, staff are friendly not pushy at all.

We purchased our second Plush sofa with the fantastic help and customer service from Vanessa. Our first sofa was purchased 15 years ago and still going strong so we didn’t hesitate in going back when we needed to furnish another room.

Vanessa was extremely helpful and was honest about the recommendations of products. We were stuck between 2 options and she provided clarity to help us choose. On top of all that, she was such a wonderful person to deal with.

The store room is well spaced and was easy to look around compared to some of the other places we've been to.
