Appreciated the good customer service by Nicole of the Taylors Lakes store. Nicole was informative as the details of the products and very courteous whilst explaining our options, timing of delivery and product care. Her assistance was instrumental in our decision to purchase.

We wanted to browse first and test the few options we found online. Nicole happily let us do this and once we needed extra help, she was right onto it! Super helpful and knowledgeable. She was able to answer every question we had and helped us buy our dream couch for our dream home.
Will definitely be going back when we need to start furnishing our next room!

Was actually browsing for a lounge with recliners for my theatre room, which ended at Plush at Taylors lake. The store had a several variety of products on display. We were looking for Lounge with firm cushions -- this was one of the few stores that had multiple such lounge on display. Nicole from sales team was outstanding in guiding me make the right choice by checking the measurements of my theatre room, alignment and the right colors. Went into the Water Gardens store not really knowing what we wanted. We were served by Sal and she couldn’t have been more helpful, her service was amazing. Sal helped out with design and colours and really listened to what we wanted.

cables severed on our electric recliner and repairman Corey did an amazing repair job. Corey arrived exactly on the time scheduled and was very efficient and professional. A credit to Plush Furniture. Highly recommended.

Thank you Plush for great customer service in helping me choose my new sofa. I purchased the Melbourne modular at your Taylors Lakes store in September. I was told it will come in time for Christmas and they kept their promise. I received it yesterday and had the best installers Juan and Viset, who were friendly and helpful and explained how the sofas clipped in. Im really happy with my colour of choice and sofa itself and would not hesitate to recommend Plush to anyone wishing to purchase a new sofa.

Even though we have Plush, Zdenka at Taylors Lake store made it easy to make a purchase on our new Lounges, we made our purchase on product and knowing the plush styles and quality and the staff at the store there was no pressure it was up to us so again thanks Plush.

Nicole had excellent customer service and product Knowledge. This made selecting a recliner chair easy! We are very happy with the quality of the chair...it is very sturdy and as there were many fabric choices, we were able to select one that matches our existing furniture.

Loved the range available, first seen online, then in store at Watergardens. Zdenka was great. She was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Fantastic to deal with. With her assistance we found just what we'd been looking for. Terrific to know that if it isn't right after it's delivered we can replace it or even get a refund. Apologies forgot the shop assistants name from Taylors Lakes a Maori women friendly and welcoming as we were going through options of couches to purchase. She was very welcoming, friendly, informative and understanding with what we needed.

Delivery today from Jonathan and Camilo as our instore experience was, they were the same very approachable and friendly. Didn't mind what time they came they did their job. Gotta give it to them both working in the rain they still had smiles 15minutes and off to the next delivery. Thanks so much Instore, call centre and delivery guys.

The staff take particular care in assisting and advising on what they feel are points that you should consider. I’ve just purchased my second couch from Plush Watergardens and I couldn’t be happier!! The service I received from Nicole, Joanne & store manager Jackie was amazing!! Not only was the customer service fantastic, these guys are a true example of a team. Highly recommended.

We recently purchased a sofa from plush at Watergardens with Joanne. We spent a large amount of time working out what would suite us as a family and the living room space and Joanne was just amazing.
