We dropped into Plush Furniture to look for a red reclining sofa, were greeted by Natalia who was very charming and helpful, and directed us to a sofa, which was exactly what we were looking for. We haven't got it yet, but I'm sure we will be very pleased with it. Thanks Natalia.

Michele gave us a friendly greeting and was very knowledgeable on the sofa we finished up buying.looking forward to receiving our new sofa in the next couple of months.

I thoroughly enjoyed entering the store, it is a lovely showroom and the furniture is displayed beautifully with lots of great choices. The staff member, (Natalia) that I dealt with was amazing, she was very patient and very helpful with great suggestions and was a problem. She is an asset to your team.

Store was easy to navigate, Larry was tremendous to deal with. I cannot make other comments as I won’t get the sofa for 15-17 weeks which is disappointing though understandable

I went into store today to ask some questions about the plush snuggle chair, with a view to buying one. Michele was very informative, she answered all my questions easily and fully. It was great speaking to a sales person who could help with my queries and show me what I wanted to see, but without being pushy or forceful. Needless to say I was impressed, and bought the chair. Can't wait for it to arrive

Over the weekend I purchased the exact lounge I was looking for! What made the experience even more pleasurable was the incredible service I received from Natalia at Plush Osborne Park. She had knowledge of all of the showroom products and went above and beyond to help me visualise the lounge in my home. She used multiple tape measures to make the room dimensions, moved and swapped ottomans. My friend and I had so much fun shopping with Natalia.

Haven't got my sofa yet but Jordan in midland was lovely and didn't mind our crazy kids running around the store. Thanks! The store was nice and the furniture was 50% off

Very easy to find the store. Looked online first then went to the showroom.

Choose the sofa we had seen online. Took sample colours home and tried them out then went back the following week to purchase. Salesperson remembered us and was helpful in finalising.

Natalia from Osborne Park Plush store was extremely helpful. She answered all our questions very well and informed us of everything we needed to know about the product of interest. She took photos of the items and colours and emailed them to assist us with our colour choice. Thanks Natalia!!!

We found visiting the store very pleasant, it was easy to see all the furniture and find what we were looking for. Erin was extremely helpful in helping us decide the materials once we had chosen our chairs. The chairs do not require assembly.

After coming into the store a few times I knew the exact sofa I wanted and after meeting with Melissa who was extremely friendly and helpful I bought my first sofa. Can't wait for it to arrive.

Rodney was extremely professional and helpful. We knew exactly what we wanted and he did not try to talk us into anything else. He basically said yes we can do what you want and this is the discount and we were really happy with that. He then sold us the leather maintenance package! We have ordered the sofa so hopefully it will be perfect!

The store was bright, easy and comfortable to browse, but it’s the service from Rodney and the quality of the furniture that will keep me coming back, the product we choose does not require assembly.

The service we received was excellent, from walking into the store, right through to delivery and set up of our sofa. We are delighted with our purchase. Erin from Osborne Park was wonderful. Her knowledge about the product was amazing. She gave us an excellent service. She was not forceful and gave us several options in regards to what we needed. Lovely to get that sort of person full of carisma behind the counter.

We purchased a modular couch ( not cheap ) & after a few months part collapsed ( we are average weight people ) it actually hurts your back to sit on. Several visits from technicians they then lost our job, more than a year now still waiting after they were very reluctant to replace we agreed a repair, three months later still waiting. I would advise the adverts & warranty claims mean nothing. This was really sad after good shop service & a great looking piece of furniture.

We had been to a few stores looking at lounges and no one seemed interested in helping us. We went into plush and straight away Erin introduced herself and let us look around with no pressure of hovering over us. She answered any questions we had and it was her outstanding service that won us over. The process was so simple and Erin kept in touch with us over the last few days regarding our interest free application. If We are ever in need of another lounge will definitely be seeking out Erin for her help. Thanks again, we are so happy.
