Plush Furniture WA, Joondalup

We purchased a modular couch ( not cheap ) & after a few months part collapsed ( we are average weight people ) it actually hurts your back to sit on. Several visits from technicians they then lost our job, more than a year now still waiting after they were very reluctant to replace we agreed a repair, three months later still waiting. I would advise the adverts & warranty claims mean nothing. This was really sad after good shop service & a great looking piece of furniture.

The service by Lyn at Joondalup was fantastic. She was able to help us design our couch configuration and get exactly what we wanted! After going to numerous other stores we were very impressed with her attention to detail.

Lyn Thomason who served us was polite, non pushy, knew the product we were interested in purchasing and went out of her way to make sure we had all the relevant information prior to making the purchase decision

Received friendly and helpful service today from Claire when buying our new lounge. Answered all questions well and pleased with the outcome. Looking forward to it arriving for my new home.

Iain has great customer service. He explained to me all I needed to know about the sofas I was interested in. First time in the store. I was very impressed.

Sam Stabler from Plush Joondalup was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. She was very patient with our indecisive decision making - we were a bit overwhelmed with the choices of materials but Sam was able to narrow it down for us to make our final choice. Love the store, open and easy to try the couches. Lots of choice and being able to customise to exactly what we need. Can’t wait to get the couch. My mums has been so comfortable we really look forward to ours.

My husband found the lounge and discussed it with Sam, I came a few days later to view it. Sam was very informative about styles, colour, practicality etc. This is the most expensive lounge we have ever bought so we wanted to make the right choice, Sam gave us some samples of leather to take home to compare to the face brick work it would sit against. We were undecided between the buff or charcoal colour and she gave us lots of tips to consider. Very helpful lady. By completing the survey we go in a draw to win $2000 from Plush but we are happy to give Sam a good review anyway as she deserved it.

We had a really positive experience as soon as we walked into the Joondalup showroom. Our sales consultant Claire wasn't pushy and was available to answer any questions we had.
We were really impressed with the couches on display and the choices they came with.

Service was excellent and very professional. Haven’t received furniture yet so can’t comment on quality of the product. Plenty of options and fabric choices and quote was emailed and printed

We had our Melbourne couch delivered last week after a 3 month wait. The service at the Joondalup store was excellent and the couch exactly what we hoped for. However the delivery courier took our signature and left the couch unpacked and not assembled and we were also missing a bolt leaving a unsecured foot. Have since spoken to the Joondalup team who have assisted in dealing with this issue.

Store brilliantly laid out and easy to navigate. When we asked some questions to Iain the experience from then on was above and beyond what we have experienced in any retail purchase previously. Iain was non pushy throughout our never ending questions and was nothing but kind and playful to our 16month old daughter who done nothing but pull labels off the sofas whilst we were there including giving her a lovely cuddly toy to keep. Everything was explained perfectly and after our initial viewing, there was subsequent quotes sent via email in a timely manner. Iain was the single reason we purchased with Plush and we look forward to receiving our sofa in April.
