Walked into Plush in Midland a couple of weeks ago with intentions to browse and possibly buy. I was greeted by Chris the store manager who was extremely well educatated on the products and service. He was humble and took the time to run through the whole process that Plush has to offer when buying a sofa. I never felt forced or persuaded (like most sales people are) and what sold the couch for me mainly was his customer service! Store had a large range of options so I was able to find the sofa that was right for me. Great customer service without any high pressure sales tactics. They took the time to understand my needs and showed me options that would work for me. I felt listened to.

Went to Midland Plush and was shown around the store by Erin, who like most people I have met at Plush are just lovely, no pushy sales just very easy which I found a lot different from other furniture stores. After several brochures and a check with the family a few days later placed the order which was checked in full before being placed, still a few weeks off delivery but the customer service with Erin was great and very much looking forward to our new sofa!

We had an awesome experience at Plush Midland last Sunday. Erin, was amazing to deal with, sheds rough diamond and a breath of fresh air from the usual retail salespeople. She greeted us shortly after we walked in, introduced herself, gave us a spell, and then left us alone. We were actually looking for a dining suite, immediately I realised they only sold sofas, whilst we were there we found a super comfy electric recliner sofa and proceeded to purchase it. Erin was really helpful, great with both our kids and we all love the new sofa. Still looking for a dining table though

Very satisfied with the service we received, we were shown so many options and we got to sit in a whole range of sofas and use the electric recliners. The sales lady spoke about the leather guarantee and also gave us space to just speak amongst ourselves and make a decisionur Sales lady Milie was excellent

I recently faced a challenge to purchase a lounge suite suitable for my aged parents, on a tight budget. We had the good fortune of meeting Deanna at PLUSH MIDLAND and she kindly showed us the quality lounges, taking time to explain the features and quality. We were able to find the perfect match and kept to our budget! My parents are delighted with the sofas, due to the comfort they provide as well as the stunning colour and style.

We were greeted by the friendly Deanna who showed us around the store. She listened to our requirements and suggested we take a look at the Clearance section. With her help we found the perfect Snuggle and 2 Seat Recliner. Deanna took the time to explain everything involved in purchasing. She even involved our 2 boys in the process of finding and matching our perfect chairs and gave them both a Plush dog toy. Not once did our boys mention they were bored which is a huge credit to Deanna as it is not easy keeping a 9 and 11 year old interested in furniture shopping!
