Plush Furniture Physical store

We went to Plush to find a 3 seat recliner couch. Given we were first time considering Plush, Robert, the store manager, was very helpful in explaining all the different available recliner designs and the extras that went with buying a sofa here eg protection cover. We walked around our stores but came to buy from him because he was very friendly and informative.

Dennis at Marion SA was just great. New his stuff was very patient and gave great advice. Very happy with the quality and look of our new leather lounge. Delivered on time and no surprises

Appreciated the good customer service by Nicole of the Taylors Lakes store. Nicole was informative as the details of the products and very courteous whilst explaining our options, timing of delivery and product care. Her assistance was instrumental in our decision to purchase.

I have had two separate occasions when I've purchased from this store and both times Meryl has been very happy to help with suggestions and service. Very happy with the products, a wonderful experience and would use this store again for any further purchases.

Highly recommend Plush Alexandria. Great range of products and fabrics. Great Customer Service from Manager Robert, not pushy, very informative and excellent product knowledge. Plush backs their product and includes great warranty.

Update on my sofa...
Was told I'd get it in March...
Got it installed on 25th of Feb by 2 guys that seemed to enjoy their job.
Brought it in and set it up quickly and took all the packing away in no time flat...
Got it set out ready to join the sections together and stopped and made sure I understood how to pull it apart and put it back together again if I ever need to move it...

The whole time from going to the store to being able to sit here now writing this was great....
I don't know that I've ever dealt with a friendlier more helpful team on any household item I've ever brought!

We walked into Plush at Bundall after visiting many other furniture stores and were greeted by Cam. We have a long and skinny TV room that we were struggling to find a suitable couch for but Cam showed us a few options and helped us work out which would fit the room and our family best. Then we got to choose our fabric and were lucky enough that there was a couch covered in the one we liked so we could see the finished product (I'm not very good at visualizing how a sample will look on a larger scale). We can't wait for the couches to arrive

We visited Plush Highpoint a few times trying to decide on couches for our new house. Couches are a big decision as they can make or break a space. We received assistance from Fergus who was really knowledgable and helpful. He provided insight into the different designs, materials and pricing and was really patient while we decided what type of couch we were looking for. Each time we visited, he made sure to follow up with us and remembered who we were, a nice personal touch. We ended up buying two couches and the service was excellent! I popped into the store yesterday 23rd feb and was greeted by jesse who was very patient with me when i first walked in she was helpful with her product knowledge and nothing seemed to be a problem for her . Jesse had answers for every question I asked her and she would explain until I understood. Very happy with jesse at plush and will highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy your furniture.

We dropped into Plush Furniture to look for a red reclining sofa, were greeted by Natalia who was very charming and helpful, and directed us to a sofa, which was exactly what we were looking for. We haven't got it yet, but I'm sure we will be very pleased with it. Thanks Natalia.

Recently we paid a deposit for a sofa with Plush Furniture Newcastle and were extremely happy with the customer service we received. I phoned prior to visiting the store regarding a fabric enquiry and was assisted by Elyse, who was helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable.
Elyse also assisted us when we visited the store and was the perfect Sales Assistant, knowing just the right time to give us some time to ourselves to think things through and try out the different lounges.
We have been extremely satisfied with the service and flexibility provided by Plush Newcastle so far.

We visited the Townsville store and were greeted warmly by Amanda. She was knowledgeable and respectful when answering my questions about how Plush source their leather and feathers, which I really appreciated. She was very helpful and patient while we considered the different styles and changed our minds over and over! We ended up with a sofa that we're very happy with and two armchairs (yet to be delivered).
The store itself was really well laid out and easy to view the wide range of products available for sale. Highly recommend visiting the Townsville store and having a chat to Amanda.

I was 99% satisfied, did not take me long to decide.
I only had the product three days, and I am very satisfied.
I would never be able to assemble my sofa on my own thanks to Plush Delivery crew.

Amy from Fortitude Valley store was very friendly and helpful with our enquiries. She very efficiently provided quotes with an instant email of these. The email had very straight prompts in terms of proceeding with a purchase which we did.
