I thoroughly enjoyed entering the store, it is a lovely showroom and the furniture is displayed beautifully with lots of great choices. The staff member, (Natalia) that I dealt with was amazing, she was very patient and very helpful with great suggestions and was a problem. She is an asset to your team.

Store was easy to navigate, Larry was tremendous to deal with. I cannot make other comments as I won’t get the sofa for 15-17 weeks which is disappointing though understandable

Amanda welcomed my husband and I into the store with a warm beautiful smile on an unusually cool Townsville day. Amanda has excellent product knowledge and was able to directed us to the product we were after straight away. We needed a sofa bed which would be easy to set up but needed the perfect fabric to suit our new rumpus room. Amanda’s advice was valuable even letting us take samples home to colour match. Thanks Amanda - we would definitely make sure we came to you for our next purchase!

I went into store today to ask some questions about the plush snuggle chair, with a view to buying one. Michele was very informative, she answered all my questions easily and fully. It was great speaking to a sales person who could help with my queries and show me what I wanted to see, but without being pushy or forceful. Needless to say I was impressed, and bought the chair. Can't wait for it to arrive

Over the weekend I purchased the exact lounge I was looking for! What made the experience even more pleasurable was the incredible service I received from Natalia at Plush Osborne Park. She had knowledge of all of the showroom products and went above and beyond to help me visualise the lounge in my home. She used multiple tape measures to make the room dimensions, moved and swapped ottomans. My friend and I had so much fun shopping with Natalia.

We have bought a leather lounge & accent chair. The quality is great! Our lounge needed a slight repair & was fixed no problem! Amy from the Fortitude Valley store is always so helpful when purchasing & after sale service. She makes shopping there a pleasure!

My wife and I visited the store twice over the weekend and received excellent attention and patience from their sales consultant Jesse. She knew absolutely everything about the products. Thank you, we will be back.

We received excellent service from Judith at Plush Aspley. She was very knowledgeable about the products and helpful with colour & style selections. Nothing was too much trouble. Very excited about our new Duchess chair and ottomans.

Very easy to find the store. Looked online first then went to the showroom.

Choose the sofa we had seen online. Took sample colours home and tried them out then went back the following week to purchase. Salesperson remembered us and was helpful in finalising.

We found visiting the store very pleasant, it was easy to see all the furniture and find what we were looking for. Erin was extremely helpful in helping us decide the materials once we had chosen our chairs. The chairs do not require assembly.

We were recommended by our kids to go to plush for our new sofa. When we entered the store lovely warm greetings from friendly staff. Vanessa asked if she could help with our selection of a sofa that most suited our need and of course helped with the different support in the different designs. Then came the choice of fabric which once again was so helpful. A big thankyou to Vanessa Bognar who created with her expertise the right sofa including the right fabric to suit our decor. It was such a pleasant experience shopping at plush.

As a first time buyer, I was recommended by many of my friends to visit Plush. Robert (Manager) was fantastic to deal with and the Alexandria showroom is really nice! Couldn’t recommend highly enough.
