Cooper custom modular sofa
Huan provided fantastic service over a 2 week period between my initial questions and being finally ready to order, she sent me a range of swatches in colours that might suit and was always friendly and available to answer my questions. Great attitude and hard working, much appreciated.
The padding in the seats and back of our lounge suite had lost some volume and I rang Plus Customer Care to discuss options.They organised a technician to come and assess the issue. Alison at Plush Customer Care was fantastic in negotiating a price for the repair and the technician carried out a great job. We are very happy with the result.
We have bought four sofas from Plush Preston from Tweety since 2018. She is so helpful and always has a friendly chat and offers help without any sales pressure. She even remembered us two years after we first came in. The delivery guys are always friendly, set everything up and clear rubbish, and the sofas are sooooo comfortable (especially our big Softy sofa!). No hesitation in recommending them.
Minor repair fixed without question or cost!
I made contact with Plush and explained the footrest required fixing. They rang me back the next day and put me in touch with the technician. He attended the job on time fixed the problem on site. Brilliant service. I was very happy.

cant wait for my recliners
I purchased 2 x Brentwood recliners, after much deliberation it was Dawn who helped me so much by reassuring me if i am not happy with the recliners i can get my money back, especially since we could not try them out first due to the stores been shut, but in saying that i am sure i will love them!!!!!

Efficient and helpful service
In the past I purchased two sofas and a chair from Plush and wanted two ottomon to match. Last week I emailed Plush and did not get a reply. This morning I received an email regarding a sale and went to Plush's online "chat" and had a very helpful conversation with Lisa. She was efficient and helpful and I have placed an order.

Questions & Answers
Hi we've just received our Plush sofa today (Melbourne modular) however the configuration of the legs doesn't match the sofa for assembly. Each sofa piece has a bundled set of flat wooden L-shaped legs with 2 screw slots or varying diameter. There are the correct set of screws included to match these holes in each leg. However, the main couch only has a single hole at each end, while none of the pieces (main couch and 2 sofa ends) has any holes that fit the smaller screws. This ain't right...

Plush Think Sofas
We have just put a deposit down for a Santa Monica 3 seater in fabric. The order is on hold until we get colour samples to finalise a colour. I’m ready a lot of reviews about pilling after only a couple of months and sagging and lumps of the cushions. Can someone please advice on this? Is this still an issue? If so is there a particular fabric that would be best in terms of not pilling, if any.

Thank you for posting your question. Most woven fabrics can form pills at some stage (depending on the weave), this is caused by micro fibres from other items i.e. clothing, throw rugs and cushions, these micro yarns infuse with the yarns of the fabric and create the tiny balls known as pilling. These are easily removable with a "de-pilling" machine available free of charge at Plush. also below is a link to a video explaining pilling in a little more detail.
