A honest and true reflection of my experiences with building with Porter Davis. I would like to mention at the time of this review we are only just past framing stage.
During the sales stage our Porter Davis sales consult [name removed] was extremely helpful and professional. We appreciated his honesty and knowledge. He gave us the confidence that Porter Davis was forthcoming with what they offer and what they could do or couldn’t do. There is no words to describe the pure frustration with Porter Davis. From Day 1 of the build and even over 12 months after, I have been continually disappointed in their lack of customer service.

August 2022, my roof started leaking from the bath upstairs and down through an air vent into the downstairs lounge room, completely soaking the couch and rug as seen. I will provide a detailed review on Porter Davis which may help few people before deciding to go with them.

Pre- Construction stage : I was amazed with the service provided by the sales agent. He never pushed me to sign up with them, every single detail things were explained as it was our first house. He also gave some very good tips on what to get as add ons and what not to add from porter davis.
Infact, he answered our calls few time at around 9:00 PM as well. I will give him 10/10.

Never pay your final invoice until you check if they have completed all the requirements as per the contract. We were charged twice for items, charged for items not fixed and some of the jobs we're not done as per contract ( $ 8000.00 job not done or included twice in the contract). i was promised this will be fixed and will be refund ( I got emails). We decided on the Vermont 33 with Rhode Island facade after visiting the display home at Mickleham. We were impressed by the design, attention to detail and the standard of finish.
When we started we stated that we were in a rental property and the lease would expire in November which was before the contract completion date in March. PD stated that they try to fit into client timescales as best as possible.

We had great experience with Porter Davis from selecting house, going through changes and building the house. We were happy with promotional quality inclusions and discount. They did well with estimating site cost and we did not have surprises with later extra site costs.
It was great going through the process of selecting the house and adding our changes. Sales office person explained us all details and take through even features of display property.
