We have a wonderful pre construction experience, right from Sales, Tender, world of style, contract and post contract, we have been guided really well and whole process was really smooth and professionally handled. Porter Davis has real gem team no matter at which stage you are but I must mention here our building coordinator [name removed] was really outstanding.
The only thing I would say that can be improve is overall processing time between different stages from sales to actual site start.
Overall awesome experience and looking forward same in build stage.

We have had excellent service from all at Porter Davis including our Sales Consultant, Building Coordinator and Site Supervisor. They have all been up front and transparent on the process and commercial agreement. We had a very complex build and approval process and they persevered to ensure a good outcome for us. They have delivered on all our expectations and an area I was particularly impressed with is the structural engineerng integrity of the building, future proofing the build

We have had the best experience so far in the journey of building our dream home with Porter Davis. We always thought PD was out of league but [name removed] Sales, [name removed] Building Coordinator and [name removed] Supervisor has just blown us out with their flexibility and support. Find these people when you make your new home

PD have a great online reputation and that was confirmed by our build. It's a huge thing building a house, but they made it as straight-forward as possible. They built the actual house (27 squares) in 5 months with only very minor issues to fix (eg. wobbly towel rails). The pre-build work with our Building Coordinator [name removed] was pretty smooth as well. I think PD can improve some environmental aspects in terms of clear presentation of the options (was a bit confusing around insulation, and we couldn't really make the most informed choice), but overall excellent.

House was built on time and handed over within expected period.
Good quality on workmanship throughout the home with a bit improvement to be investigated.
Minor issues during building time but got rectified straight away by the site supervisor before handover.
Site supervisor super friendly and reachable and willing to take on responsibilities.

A very professional and reliable builder, every stage of the build is managed well. Amazing customer service, staffs are friendly and efficient. Workmanship was close to perfect. Highly recommended to others. So far I am very happy with the help I have received. And I know it will continue through the build.

Great sales staff. Great site supervisor. Great tradesman. Poor after homecare service.
Inspected a few times and were knocked back on 80% of items to be fixed. Were told to go to bunnings it wont cost much. Were told to wait for winter to come back around to find the problem with unhealthy condensatuon build up inside
the windows. Just been palmed off hoping we.dont worry about it. Not impressed. Clearly cost cutting in happening and they hope that most customers havent actually read the VBA guidelines.

Job 127619 - At the beginning I did not know much about Porter Davis; I thought they will be another volume builder who only cares about signing you up and delivering an average quality build. I cannot tell you how wrong I was and how good they are. Nobody is perfect and especially with building projects but Porter Davis in my opinion and based on my experience have superb people, outstanding workmanship, throughout, and great value for money.
