Has anyone had issues with Hebel panels especially in double storey. Also what’s the thickness of hebel panel used by porter Davis.

What causes the delay for the electrical quotes after WOS appointments as I am 20 days past WOS but not got the electrical quotes?

Hi, we have built a beautiful home with Porter Davis and have been exceptional pleased with the quality of the build and the attention to detail by our supervisor. The only major issue we have had is that after the carpet was laid, we were totally shocked. Instead of having a light mushroom coloured carpet, we have dark brown. What can we do to change this situation? The sample we chose in the showroom looked vastly different from what we have on the floor. Some weeks before the carpet was laid we were concerned when looking at the colour printed in our documents. We rang the World of Style and the representative said she could not find the sample, because Porter Davis no longer used this carpet, but would get one of the designers to give us a call back. The designer called us back and was confident the carpet would work well with our colour scheme and even sent us a photo via phone message. Again, the colour looked a little darker grey than what we thought we had chosen, but we were happy that it would work with the colour scheme. When my husband rang very concerned after the carpet had been laid, he was told that it may be a shade darker due to difference in dye lots. This is definitely not a shade darker, it is the totally wrong colour from what we were expecting. Instead of being a warm grey-mushroom colour, it is dark brown! Is there anything we can do about this problem please?

Hi, I've seen comments on some forums that suggest that you can get the Vancouver 29 with a raked ceiling but this doesn't seem to be an option on your website. I've seen the raked ceiling in the Vermont 29 and love it but the Vancouver floor plan just suits us better and we'd love to have that with a raked ceiling like in the Vermont.

Looked at PD for a knockdown / rebuild. Even though we're 23 km from the city (Greensborough), 10K additional cost because trades weren't available (23km from the city....). Price. Gouge. A joke. Read the reviews, do your due diligence, look around...

We have just moved into our new Porter Davis Astor Grange 54 home and the downpipes are horrendously noisy when it rains. Has anyone else experienced this? Is this normal? I dread the rain now as it wakes my entire house up now every time it does, even after PD sent someone out to try to fix it (which involved gluing bits of foam in the downpipe). Thanks!

Currently looking at building and really like the Plaza L (Rendered version) Looking at the pictures online, I can't work out if the facade is one colour or multiple shades.

Can you please advise what colours are used, and if its multiple shades?

Hi Porter Davis, my son is Staying to build with You & has been trying to upgrade As the tile options offered are basic & cheap @ $20 per sq m allowance... This is an unacceptable PC item cost for a quality builder... He Had chosen a Porcelain tile with Lapato for an extra $1500 (Chinese porcelain not Italian) & now it’s discontinued as well with no similar options on offer except cheap ceramic.. I am surprised by this ... Is it a ploy? Surely you update on a regular basis with Your suppliers ... my son should not be held over a barrel at this late stage when you are ready to start & settle for less. The house he is building is for his new family! From mum, MDIA

-Hebel colour
- Price of the Mayfair facade
Paint colour in Study, garage and windows
-gutter, ridge and colorbond
And name of the tiles in Kitchen splashback

As any one has built Verona 22 .As I am looking forward for house and land package with Pd but not sure about Verona 22 as there is no display home. So, if any one has built Verona 22 can u share ur opinion on it.
