Actually building with porter but the customer service is so bad. My building supervisor [name removed] is making mistakes that she is refusing to correct and when I asked to speak to her manager he is a no show. She recently made a mistake sending the wrong documents to my bank and surprise she refuse to correct her mistake sending me intimidating emails. We are very happy until now with our Dunedin 31 (the lock up stage). The journey was very smooth and they displayed good professionalism throughout. There were mistakes for example forget to add it in the contract according to the the tender appointment. But it was an easy fix by the building co-ordinator.
