Sheraton Grange Queensland. This was a pressure build for PDavis as my husband has construction experience and was on site every day, all day. He was observing everything professionally. First stand out error was not installing reinforcing into two piers, which were required for structural support of the double storey window. We recently completed our Knock Down Rebuild project with Porter Davis (Inner East area), the new house is a double story Wordolf Lifestyle (45 squares) with modification like extended living, extended master and alfresco. We hand our handover in end of Nov and recently moved in to our new home.

Communications:
During my built, my first building supervisor actually did not come back to his job after he was away from oversea. During that time, I have tried to get into contact with the site supervisor for a site visit, but was no successful. My build has actually stopped for 4-6 weeks due to this. In addition, Porter Davis did not communicate this situation with me at all and suddenly notified me that a new site supervisor was assigned to my job. The journey from first meeting with our sales consultant to living in our dream home has been a long one, however it has been very positive (and exciting) one. Many other builders around us seemed to almost ‘throw’ houses together. Porter Davis took their time to manage and construct our home and we prefer that. Handover was probably about a month later than we would have hoped for, but any delays were always communicated.
