My order going to metro Melbourne was ordered on a Sunday.
On Thursday morning I rang Powerland to follow this up as I had received no further shipping info. A couple of hours later I receive an email that my goods are ready for despatch.
As at this moment, late Sunday night a whole 7 days later the order has not even been picked up by TNT - let alone be in transit! It is a simple a SYD to MEL route.
Do not order form this company if you actually need your goods in any reasonable time.
From my experience their whole logistics process is sub standard and their care factor is nil!
Beware.

Powerland is greatly lacking in customer service. I contacted Powerland by email & a couple of times by phone in regards to an item to find out if it was in stock. Each time I was given different information & both phone calls I was just left hanging on the line, no-one returned to my call so I eventually hung up.
EXREMELY POOR SERVICE. I will never look to purchase from this company again.

This product was the best price and best value for money. Every other place wanted shipping costs so having it delivered cut out the middle man making it even better value.
