Premier Trampolines 10ft

We bought this trampoline about a month ago as a Christmas present for our grandchildren . Today was the first time they all came over and I couldn’t help noticing that the adults were more excited then the children. What a wonderful way to bring the family together and I’m sure there will be lots of great memories. Thank you for your great service . Have a wonderful New year .

Top quality materials that will last much longer than cheaper versions. The team at Premier Trampolines were extremely helpful, and did everything to ensure my trampoline was ready for my daughters birthday party. Lovely to know they are a small business that take pride in customer service.

Fast delivery, easy to erect and the kids are having a ball. My nearly 4yr grandson was so excited it was well worth the purchase. Miss 18 months is now trying to jump with him. This was for Christmas but we needed them to expend some energy now as they are very active kids.

Andrew was very helpful the customer service was awesome my boys lost their brother and father recently and I've not seen them smile since they are so excited thank you so much!! Highly recommend these guys they go out of their way!!

This is the most cheaply built rubbish someone could ever purchase.
To start with we opened the box and it was missing a piece. It dosent hold the shape when you try and move it. The screws don’t hold the pieces from turning against each other and the trampoline ends up arched. The owner Andrew is the rudest human I’ve ever had the displeasure of taking to.
After 6 months of very minimal use the pole covers and the spring cover has perished and were falling apart. It was unsafe to use after 12 months and we had to get rid of it.
Save yourself the hassle and some money and go to Kmart. You’ll get a much superior trampoline for a lot less money.

Best trampoline ever bought, great for the family. Bought it online without any hassle, the online customer service was exceptional and received a great bundle deal in the process. The quality of the trampoline is just as amazing and it is clear to say that it was built to last. Thanks guys!

We had been looking for trampolines for a couple of months. We were unsure on brands and quality. We saw the display at Ballarat Caravan show. We were impressed with the after sale service offered. The long warranty period. The product quality. And of course the expert product knowledge and great customer service offered by Andrew and Sue. We bought it yesterday, assembled it today. No issues at all. Easy to follow instructions. Our hardest job was finding the best spot to put it. All our kids have had hours of joy already. And we are looking forward to many years of bouncy fun.

I've spoken to 3 people at Premier trampolines due to a mistake on our end. Even though it wasn't their issue they have gone above and beyond to help me out. They all have been super helpful and I would highly recommend this company to anyone who will listen. Even with the Christmas rush they have managed to get our 2nd trampoline out to us with little stress.

Excellent 10ft premier trampoline. It was very easy to assemble and the delivery was super quick. The trampoline has great bounce and has a very strong frame. Also very handy that if I ever need replacement parts because of the crazy kids I can get them easily from here. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. Wouldn't hesitate to buy from these guys again. definitely recommend

Wow, I've never received a delivery so quick in all the time I've been online shopping. Thank you. I was dreading putting the tramp together, but to my surprise it was so simple. My 65 yr old mother and myself was all it took. The hardest part was trying to screw the anchors into the ground.l, haha. I am absolutely over the moon with the 10ft jump tramp. Such amazing value. I will definitely recommend you guys to everyone I know. Thanks again for the super fast delivery and amazing product.

so happy with the trampoline and my kids absolutely love it. The trampoline is so strongly built I know my kids are safe whenever they go on it as the poles mat and net are built to last and of the highest quality. I couldn't believe how quickly the trampoline was delivered when we ordered it and the customer service was very friendly and they couldn't do enough for us. I have recommended this trampoline to all my friends.

Very happy with the product, after almost a year it is in excellent condition, no damage or wear. Would definitely recommend to others. After comparing prices of various trampolines on the market, this product was far more affordable and excellent quality. As well as the great product, I was provided with great customer service and staff were able to deliver and install the trampoline in a short amount of time. Very happy!

Trampoline is strong and still has a great bounce.

We have snow and winds during winter, the padding surrounds still colourful and no cracks. The zipper broke not long ago and premier quickly replaced. Was easy to deal with.

its a shame more people don't support small business like premier with good reviews when deserved rather than saying nothing when all is good.

I purchased a spring-less trampoline a few years ago off the internet, which they erected for me as a Christmas present and straight away the kids complained because it has no bounce on it, its like jumping on a very hard mattress, hence it has never been used and has gotten worse over time and now has no bounce at all, I will try to contact the company to see if it can be tightened but I don't like my chances, because of the way it is made. My advice, try before you buy.

We brought the 10ft spring tramp as a xmas present for our 3 & 18mth old .... Pretty easy to assemble - took about 1.5hours with 2 adults Service was great - we had one dodgy spring in our box but they posted us out another straight away.
Good bounce and the kids love it :) weight limit is about 150Kg's so great to know we can bounce on it safely with them :)

The 10 ft spring trampoline is excellent value for money. It is very sturdy yet super compact and suited the space that I had available. It looks very nice and fits into my courtyard perfectly. We've had it for 2 and half years and I cannot fault it. I looked at quite a few 8-10ft trampolines but this one was my final choice and we are very happy . Thanks heaps to the team at Premier trampolines
