Booked an online repair in Perth over the weekend for a fridge/freezer that stopped working, received an e-mail reply back that a job had been booked for Monday in the AM. No-one came or phoned. Phoned back, no reply (Eastern States call centre), e-mailed, no reply. Called back early Tuesday morning & was told the technician tried to call me but didn't get an answer so moved on jobs. Told I could book another job for Wednesday!!!! I was home all day Monday with my phone with me all day. No calls from Premium Appliances & my call log showed NO missed calls. Liars.

Technician (Phil) was on time, efficient, friendly and did the repairs required. We had a leak in our freezer which needed unblocking. Very happy with the service, and will definitely use Premium Appliance Repairs again

Reception are really rude and we had the dishwasher serviced a few times and it still is not working you call them and you get a rude receptionist on the other end. Forget it repeated services for a water fault ridiculous!

Our Neff oven was not working due to the pump, heater malfunction. I called Premium to book a time and was surprised by the quick response for the technician to come out, Problem solved and after a short wait for parts we are now up and running again. They didn't come in the window quoted.They called me 45 mins before the quoted end time of the window and I was on the phone. They left a message with no number that call back. I called back within 13 minutes, as they had said they give 30 minutes notice of approach and the technician was on his way to another job and would not be able to come until 3 hours later when I had already been waiting for 4 hours on my day off work.
I called the main office number. They did not care that I had a poor experience

I requested a technician to attend to diagnose an oven fault which he did to the tune of $170.00 for that 15 minute visit alone. I was advised that I would be contacted within a few days regarding a quote for parts and installation. 10 days after the initial visit I made 4 phone calls with messages left on 2 (these were made over consecutive days) and an email requesting an update on parts and quotation. Email and phone messages were not responded to. On the 4th phone call I spoke with someone who was based in the Eastern States who assured me she would email the technician regarding the quote. The quotation was delivered more than 2 weeks from initial call-out via a 6 word SMS. If in Perth W.A AVOID THIS BUSINESS.

After expensive call out fee we were advised of a main part problem with 2 year old dishwasher just out of warranty. We asked to investigate cost. 2 months later after 4 x follow ups nothing then impoliteness. Poorest customer service I have experienced in a long while. Makes me think they make money from just doing callouts.

Came out to investigate a faulty washing machine. Quoted me $1300 in parts and 2 to 3 weeks for them to arrive. I ordered the parts listed for $236 directly from the manufacture and had someone else install it within 2 days. If i would have gone ahead this company would have made over $1000 on parts alone. If you ise this company make sure you check pricing on parts with the manufacture!!!!

I asked for a repair man to come out and replace the seals on my Miele Dishwasher model G975UPLUS in November. The repair man did not bring any seals with him, so I've had to pay the call out fee plus his labour. He ordered the parts and said they would arrive in two weeks. I didn't hear from him and when I rang his mobile number it rang out. I finally got hold of him in January and my order had been lost in the system. I still had to pay for his labour plus parts when he replaced my seals. I don't understand why he didn't bring the seals with him on his first visit, as he had the model number. Very frustrating.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Premium Appliance Repair to anyone needing appliance repairs. Their response time was quick & the repairer (Phil) attended & was very thorough in his inspection & quote for repair of my oven. Phil was a thorough professional & kept me informed of any holdups with order of parts etc. Overall a great experience.
