What size sim card does this use?

John ProTab does not support a sim card as you would find in a phone. It does support microSD & micro SDHC cards to increase storage capacity.

This happened to my Protab. I had to do a factory reset which means you will loose all your files on the unit. It pays to have a good backup regime with these things. Check out YouTube - there are videos on how to do a factory reset. Also if windows wants to do updates make sure you plug the Protabe into a AC power point so you don't run out of battery when installing updates as this can also cause it to freeze.

Can anyone recommend a specific SD card? I tried a mini SD l use for our Samsung Tablet but Pro Tab won’t read it... Any suggestions?

Is your SD card over 32GB as the pro only supports up to 32GB. I've been using a 2GB samsung SD micro card in numerous devices & it works fine on the ProTab.

I have just purchased a Protab laptop from Target, was working fine for a couple of days now im getting " The Broadcom802.11abgn wireless SDIO adapter is experiencing driver or hardware related problems " its not connecting to the internet . Troublshooting is saying " go online and connect to internet to fix .
Seriously anyone have ideas how to fix please ?

Protab laptop or tablet? I havent come across this issue but if its less than 28 days old i would be returning it.

I have a Protab and somehow whilst connected to the internet it tried to upgrade and now it won't turn on - is there anything that can be done?

You should be able to reset the tablet to factory settings, there will be a reset button hidden by just a small access hole that a pin can reach.
To factory reset you hold the power button & the volume button down at the same time out 30 seconds & this will take you into
the factory reset cycle.

Avoid due to one bump or drop and the screen will crack. I went through 2 tablets before getting a lenovo tab 2. Its brilliant
Yes, just install the vlc player app.
Install a media with a variety of codecs so it will any media format.
