PTC Mobile Accessories and Repairs

I regularly came to this shop for buying phone covers, replaced my phone screens. Today I had my phone battery fixed, i find the customer service is excellent and efficient!

After calling a bunch of places I finally found a spot I can depend on price wise and for customer service. When I came in oscar welcomed me and told me the process of how they fix my phone. Coolest part is that he let me watch the whole process of how it’s done. Screw for screw. And 10 mins later my phone is brand new again. Thanks oscar I would highly recommend this place.

After ringing around and having no luck elsewhere, PTC were very efficient and professional in helping me. Very reliable and friendly, great service and quick to repair my phone. I would highly recommend :).

Being hearing impaired I went to Telstra with help to unlock my Telstra mobile, they gave me a phone number and sent me on my way. I stopped into the PTC store and Julie without hesitation helped me with the unlocking process. Thank you so much for your help will definitely recommend to others.

The willows store has Unbelievable service and knowledge. My phone was unusable and with the experience of Julie, she was able to fix my phone in a matter of minutes.

My son decided to fix his phone by himself but we don't have the right tools. The gentleman at Tweed help us and put a screen protector on. Nice job, save my day.

i fixed my iPhone 6 battery in Pacific Fair store. It only took 15min, so efficiency! The staff were also very friendly and helpful, he helped me set up a little button on my sceen to help me use the mute button which was broken. I'm so happy with the service, highly recommend!
