Very helpful with apparent non charging tablet that ended up was charging, just loose cord. Seems all good, was thinking a new battery may have been required. At PTC Willows

Went in to have my phone looked at as it wasn’t charging for a few weeks. The ladies there were very professional and pleasant. They cleaned out the dust that was preventing my charger from going all the way in. I highly recommend this business.

Very poor quality screen replacement, only told the cheap price means it's a cheap quality screen after the repair. Screen lasted less than 24 hours, the functionality was extremely poor along with the display being significantly less vibrant. Told I should have opted for the higher quality which wasn't even offered prior to the repair. Happy to take your money with no transparency until after having issues.

Few days ago, i got my iPhone fixed in Elizabeth Adelaide store, the back glass was broken, and they really take care of it, and the service just great. Some other place quote me as 200 bucks or more, here is only 100. But the only issue they don’t have the logo on the back glass, but that was fine for me.

I got me a new phone and I thought I had lost my contacts but the lovely ladies from Willows helped me get them all back. The staff here are always so helpful and nothing is too much. I got me a beautiful new case and a fancy stylus too.

Excellent Service- Good to know there is still places you can go that actually care and are helpful. Wouldn't go anywhere else. They fixed two of our phones with new battery's and one needed a screen in a very short time and at a very reasonable price.
