Josh discussed all options available as I had several bad stains, pointing out the benefits of each option. He then did a brilliant clean enduring the stains were gone. I highly recommend Pure Dry.

My 7 seater lounge suite suffered from 2 kids with sticky finger 2 pets bringing in dirt from outside and a couple of accidents with wine and coffee. Can't believe how clean Josh got my lounge suite. Josh who carried out the work was a lovely young man very personable and very easy going. He explained what would happen expected results etc. Would recommend both company and operator Josh. Lloyd was punctual, friendly & professional. Our carpets had not been done since we moved in 4 years ago. They were very grubby & marked. Lloyd did an excellent job & they look & smell fabulous. Sanitiser & deodoriser were worth doing. We use Pure Dry again soon for the lounges.

Quote $123, job cost $258, never moved the Furniture as promised by operator, asked for Dry clean and got wet carpets for two days...and still marks of the Carpets..will never and I mean never use or recommend this Company again, the operator was called [name removed]....no name on truck,
