Pure Water Systems Counter Top

I have had my system for years and have had quite a few problems with pricing of servicing and the filters are more then the original cost of the set up. When I rang up I was told that I am wrong, actually the operator argued with my and did not even listen to a work I had to say whilst talking over me. This has been two years in a row. The system is fine but pricing always changes and always an excuse it continual price variances. I will be putting more research into my next system.

Have found this system very good. Very few problems and any I’ve had have been dealt with efficiency. Lovely people to deal with. I would recommend this product to anyone and specially thank the staff who have always been friendly and most helpful. I have no complaints after having this system for ten years

My partner bought a counter top system as he thought our tap water tasted terrible. I had never noticed that the water tasted bad. But now, after years of drinking fresh filtered water I could never go back to tap water. It tastes so revolting I can't believe I ever managed to drink it. They come every year to service our unit and are always super helpful and friendly. Thanks Pure water systems!

Disappointed the water taste clean and crisp but when i tested the water it is was very low on the acid side! So anyone that needs high ph levels stay away and look else where! It's a shame cos the taste is nice but the quality in alkaline is low :(

Dodgy sales calls stating they are conducting a survey. They hang up once you question why they need your full name to conduct a survey. Rude people. Deceptive and misleading conduct. Do not buy from them as I bet they provide horrible service if they are willing to lie to you right at the start!

This company will use a private number to "cold call" on mobile phones. A fellow named "[name removed]" introduced himself as from Pure Water systems and addressed me by my full name. I have no idea how this people got my details but it is unauthorised and I advised [name removed] accordingly.

Whether the product is good or bad, the marketing practice is not sound.
Could be desperate!

Hi Pure Water System's, reverse osmosis system, the best, it removes EVERY THING including Fluoride takes back to spring water
The most expensive, but worth every cent !
Fluoride is POISON to our bodies, children's teeth are starting to show effect, instead of strengthening, yellow blotches are now appearing !
There is also now an attachment to Alkaline balance the water, excellent for health & long longevity !

We have had our system for over 8 years, never had any trouble with it. The consultants have always been helpful and sincere, not just trying to sell there product.
Our water quality is good but the water filter just makes it better. The unit sits next to the tap and the kids find it so easy to use

Ever since we received the pure water system bench top filter we have loved our water. "It's just like bottled!" Said my husband the first time he tasted it. We moved house recently and took the system with us. It just screwed right on to the existing tap. It is an awesome system for us as renters. We can take it anywhere.

When i recieved the system, i installed it that day, very easy to install, instructions are easy to follow, i tested the water and it was fabulous, watwr colour was alot clearer and no smell anymore, my 3year old now drinks alot more water, my 9month old will now drink water. I use it for drinking water, for cooking, for cups of tea and coffee, i use it for everything, i was amazed how much it changed the water and i absolutely love it, i have even recommended it to my parents.

The contact with the company and the ladies i have spoken to have been more than excellent, and are very understanding and very pleasant to deal with. Thankyou for making it a pleasant experience.

This product is great i love it very good followup service friendly hard to find such good service now days i recommend this product it really makes a difference to the water we have rain water and i didn't think it could taste any better but it does and the bench set up is easy to set up great to take on holidays keeping your water filtered.

The bench top pure water system is very easy to install and the taste is so much more refreshing and cleaner in colour than the water we were receiving before installing this system. Highly recommended . The system is great value plus the follow up from the company is excellent.

Our Pure water System has given us assurance that we are not ingesting any floaties that may be in our tank. There are other bacterial problems that can be contracted with tank water ; our filter takes these nasties out.

The counter top filter system from Pure Water Systems is used everyday in our busy house. It's perfect for my kids to quickly fill up a glass of cold filtered tap water and I know they are having water that is free of nasty chemicals. A staple item in our kitchen.

Being a water snob pure water systems allows me to enjoy the purest water in the comfort of my home almost like drinking from a mountain spring. The water system prevents the build up I would normally get in my kettles. My grandson can drink from the system and I know that it will be good for him.

We have 5 children 3 of which suffer terribly from eczema. We used wet dressings regularly till we found these filters. I now have pain free children and on top of that great tasting water. I find it hard to drink unfiltered water now its tastes like a swimming pool

Having a kidney transplant this unit was exactly what I was looking for. This unit will help with my ongoing management of my kidney.My food and water will be a lot healthier by using this unit .The price was well in my budget.
