Poor Customer Service
I found a product in their website offered free shipping, but still require $99+ to have free shipping during check out. Email to the customer service. He came back and keep saying free shipping only apply to orders over $99. And he simply deleted the free shipping offer for that particular product in the web page. And no further response to my last email asking for confirmation.

I was talking to your customer service Paul Sweeney and he should know about that. Thanks for your follow up anyway but it's too late. I have ordered another one through another store already.

Faulty Garmin Watch Waiting Waiting Waiting
Pushy are extremely slow in fixing an issue with a faulty watch. They either need to replace my watch or return my money.
Absolutely too slow to respond or communicate. I have phoned on numerous occasions and I can not get them to respond. Very frustrating

Hi Michael, As discussed on the phone today we were just awaiting advice from Garmin on your warranty watch. We will let you know when a warranty watch can be dispatched to you in the next 24 hours. Kind Regards, Pushys
If I had bought this product from Rebel Sport, it would have been replaced immediately.
I’m still waiting.

Slow returns process and poor customer service
Bought an expensive front light. After approx 15 uses it malfunctioned so I returned it for a warranty claim. Spoke to the customer service person on the phone before returning it and they said it should be a fast turn around. When I hadn’t heard anything after 7 business days I gave them a call. They said it had been dispatched to the manufacturer and I should hear back within 3 business days. 8 business days later I still hadn’t heard anything so I gave them another call. The customer service person I spoke to said that someone else was deali...Read more
ng with that warranty claim so they couldn’t give me an update. So a 15 days later I still haven’t heard anything and don’t know when I’ll get either a replacement light or a refund. What am I supposed to do for a light in the mean time? Buy another one I guess? In a separate order I bought a rear light. On first use it was clear the run time was way below the advertised run time. It also appeared to have an intermittent fault - it switched on by itself when I was mounting it to the frame then wouldn’t turn off using the on/off switch. So I returned that one under warranty as well. When I hadn’t heard anything after 13 days i gave customer service a call. I was then told that they had been testing it and couldn’t find a fault and therefore I wasn’t eligible for a refund. Why didn’t they contact me and tell me this rather than me having to chase them? And why couldn’t they accept that there could be an intermittent fault with this light? I would hardly go to the trouble of posting it back if there wasn’t! So after all that time and effort they are just going to post me back the old light (now more used than when I sent it to them after their numerous ‘test’ runs). I wonder how long they would have waited to post it back if I hadn’t chased them up by phone? Very poor customer service. Pushys use to be my go to store but in the future it will now only be an absolute last resort if there’s an item I really need and I can’t find it anywhere else.2 comments

at least 30 mins less than advertised. Like I said I’d hardly go to the trouble of posting it back if I didn’t believe the light was faulty. As I’ve said before, given the long history of poorly packed orders, products in packaging that has obviously been previously opened and damaged and re-packed, shop soiled products, products with parts missing and faulty items, my opinion of pushys is very poor.Similar opinion? Exemplary Service
This old guy had problems with “his fingers” whilst ordering this weekend.
But even on a Holiday Sunday all was promised and resolved come Monday, even a call on my Cell to advise me of the fact.
This business goes on and above where others have failed.
Cheers

On-going problems with poorly packed damaged and incomplete items
To be honest I would rate pushys as 'fair' - there is some good and some bad. The 'bad' has mainly to do with the quality of their packaging and delivery service and condition that my orders have often arrived in. I have made multiple orders with pushys online over the last few years. Almost without exception (I actually can't remember any exceptions, although there may have been some) my orders have arrived poorly packaged and the contents have often been damaged as a result. In other cases there have been bits missing from the items I have or...Read more
dered or the items have been 'shop soiled' or look like they have been dragged across the warehouse floor. Examples over the years include the following: - Orders of gels - On multiple occassions these orders have arrived with all of the gel boxes crushed/ open, with individual gels scattered all over the main packaging box. In two cases several of the gel sachets had 'burst' open resulting in a sticky mess over the rest of the order (not to mention the loss of actual gels I had paid for). I reported this and they said they would replace the items if I sent the order back - I didn't because it was more effort than it was worth. - Garmin order (Extrex 20x) - arrived in its original box but the box had clearly been opened and was crushed and torn. The charge cable, instructions and other original paperwork were missing. I reported this and they sent me a new cable. - Bike chain lube and cleaning products - Lid on bottle of tri-flow oil was not sealed and the entire contents of the box was covered in oil. I reported this and they sent me a new bottle of oil. - On sale cycling clothing - Clothing was cheap but packaging was filthy, the items were shop soiled (old stuff that had been sitting on the floor of the warehouse for some time?) and the sizing/fitting was very odd (in other words there was an extremely good reason that these items were being sold cheaply). - Order comprising multiple items including lights and bike cleaning products - The box the order was packaged in was secured with one small strip of tape and was all but destroyed when I picked it up from the post office. The contents of the box was not secured with any form of packaging, and one of the component items fell out of the gaping hole in the box when I picked it up from the post office. Miraculously everything was still in the box but the items looked like they had been dragged across the shop floor (including damaged packaging). The lid was missing from a can of degreaser, although on this occassion the contents had not spilt. The plastic packaging of other individual items was broken - probably as a result of heavier items being dropped on them or because the items had been previously removed from packaging and stuffed back in. I reported this and they offered a store credit of $40 - this of course would require spending more money at their store. I could go on but its not worth it. I will now only consider using this company if I can't find the product anywhere else for a reasonable price. I would rather pay more for a totally new and undamaged item than deal with more of this.1 comment

improve the delivery experience with customers. For example, we now package all gels inside an additional plastic bag to save products in case leakage does occur. We have also worked with our suppliers of lube and other cleaning products to ensure they have a travel safe lid which is not prone to breaking. I am sorry you have had a few bad experiences with us but can reassure you we are always striving to improve deliveries. If your latest order sees any damaged product please get in touch with our customer service team so we can assist you. Kind Regards, Pushys.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Great for bike parts
I’ve ordered many, many times over the last few years and never had an issue. Always same or next day free delivery using free shipping codes or spending over $100. They’ve always been A1.
Like others, I’m also surprised to see they have poor reviews. Crap happens people. Take A step back.
If we all buy from Wiggle etc the money goes overseas and so do the jobs.

Super quick, super reliable. Can't believe their rating is not higher.
Have been using Pushys for a long time. Never had a problem with anything - stock, delivery etc. I'm writing this review because I can't believe how many 1 star ratings are on this site. I always order enough to get free delivery, have never paid for faster shipping, and always got my order within a day or two anyway (residing in metro Brisbane area).
Pushys are awesome. Always my first go to. I only go to other o/s sites if Pushys don't have stock of what I want.

BE VERY CAREFUL OF PUSHYS ONLINE
Ordered a POC Octal Raceday helmet. Received a bottle cage a few days later (!!??). Rang up and finally got helmet but it was the cheaper POC Octal model. Got in contact again but was told that all the Raceday model helmets were identical to the one I have. I had to send photos pointing out the differences and they finally agreed it was the wrong one. Was offered $20 credit if I was to keep the helmet - no thanks. Returned bottle cage and helmet. The cheaper POC Octal helmet is STILL BEING ADVERTISED as the more expensive Raceday model ... be very careful of this site people ... you may not get what you ordered. I would suggest shopping elsewhere.

Cycliq Light Clamp
On fitting the cycliq light the handlebar clamp broke. Pretty handy on tools so didn't think was entirely my fault. Contacted Pushys who contacted Cycliq to organise a replacement under warranty. Lost a star because they didn't get back to me soon enough with an update. In that time I purchased a replacement. Ahead of arriving in the mail, good job guys.

Useless same day delivery
Ordered at around 8:00AM today and paid for same day delivery fee but did not receive anything. Shipping address is in the city.
Called customer service but the rep who answered the phone call couldn’t care less.
Was told that it will be delivered the following day. I provided a different shipping address as I work in different locations and won’t be at the original shipping address the following day. Requested for a refund of the shipping fee but the rep doesn’t want to process it.

Lousy unapologetic service
Badly designed website leads to complications in shipping. The customer service team do not attempt to rectify this and simply make you wait longer for your order to ship. Alternative such as wiggle and mtbdirect have significantly better reliability and service, so don’t use pushys if you need your product reliably.

Give Your Bike that Department Store Weeble Wobble for 4x the Price
Wish I'd read the reviews here first. Tyre descriptions were incorrect, indicating a better grade than actual. Beaded 29"x2 tyres were twisted, folded and jammed in a satchel bag. Beads are all kinked and even the rubber has permanent folds.

Selling rubbish products!
Their sales staff are all adolescants who have very little knowledge of the products sold. I bought a 3.5k Giant TCR from there ealier this year and had nothing but issues with it. They come with rubbish seats that are that narrow would only suit a 12 y/o. Another $200 to buy a decent seat. For some reason I am having to adjust the derailleurs every week.
They also come with tubeless tyres - never buy a road bike with tubeless. The first week I had a puncture and tyre $100 had to be replaced. They dont hold air and have to be reinflated every...Read more

Great if there's no problems, hard work if you need to return
I returned a bike bag that had numerous problems - it advertised that it would fit my bike, but didn't, and a part of the bag was just plain not compatible with through axle frames, even though the bag supports them. As far as I was concerned, the bag was not as advertised and not fit for purpose.
However, they will only refund the purchase price of the item, not the shipping, even in this scenario! Therefore, I have no bike bag and am $100 out of pocket for shipping in both directions (it's a big and heavy item).
What I've learned? Only buy the small stuff - parts etc. Anything bigger that might need to be returned, don't bother.
