The tradesmen were respectful and professional, follow up care left no question unanswered. We use our pool every day. 2-3 times for the kids. The filtration system is so easy to operate!!. I would highly recommend Mick and Chris from the team at QLD Family Pools. We live on 410sqm block and they were able to ensure we kept a grassed play area whilst building 4 x 5.5 meter in ground pool. Our boundary fence had to go through council for approval and the QLD family pool team navigated this long process for us within the time frame we needed. Our pool is neat, modern and a real feature outside. We have been swimming all summer with no issues. The pool filter system they provided in our quote is of a very high quality, easy to navigate and has made being 'first time pool owners' a breeze.

After deciding we needed a pool, we did as much research as possible and asked on our local Facebook community group which pool builders they would recommend and was told by Afew people Queensland family pool. This is my 2nd pool build with QFP and again it has been great all the way from design to completion. Nothing was too much trouble and the build quality and finish is top notch. Their build seems better reinforced than others and they also use good quality filter and pumps, so there are no hassles.

We had a small space available for our pool and we now have a very functional pool that can also be used for year round relaxation and exercise. The pool heater has made winter swimming comfortable as well. QFP are a great team. Even though our pool's construction was delayed by our builder with a concurrent house house renovation, QFP kept us informed of issues and followed through when our the builder delayed construction. Pool is easy to maintain. Terry, Mick and Matt deserve special mention for keeping us well informed during construction progress. We have received a lot of positive comment about our pool from friends and our extended family. Our four year old grandson is a big fan of the pool.

We built a swimming fool with QFP last year and had a great experience. We did quite a lot of research before we decided on the company, and got multiple quotes. QFP by far offered the best value for money, with good price but also lots included in the price (compared with some other companies), and much better quality of equipment than many others. The pool is amazing, we used it several times a day in summer, and it just looks great. The best part is, it pretty much runs and cleans itself as it's fully automated, just add acid once a month and clean the basket/robot. I would definitely recommend QFP to everybody, very professional service and a qreat quality product.

We decided to get a quote from QFP after two work colleagues recommended them (we already had 3 quotes from other companies). The difference with QFP is they are very thorough and skilled in the structural side but also in the appearance of the pool. Other companies have strengths in one or the other, but QFP have both. What resulted was an great experience with our project manager - where he would deliver on his word, and explained everything along the way. The trades they use are very skilled and get on with the job. The products they use are of very high quality. The project came in on time and on budget. We are really happy with our pool and with the experience we had with QFP, and highly recommend them.

This mob knows what they are doing. We spent 6 months getting quotes, went with qfp because of their reputation and word of mouth and i am glad we did.
