We have Arc bamboo coffee floors installed throughout our house. In the bedrooms where the floors receive no direct light and very little foot traffic, they are in good condition. In the living areas they look terrible. Any drop of water or moisture leaves a permanent white mark.

DISAPPOINTING to say the least
We chose the Sydney Blue Gum 2 strip timber from the 600 x 600 sample board provided at the store.. A perfectly clean selection of boards without any black marks, squiggly borer markings or the like.. We installed in the Kitchen, living room, loungeroom, a hall way and stairwell.

I had this installed a few weeks ago, and love it.
I choose 'burned planks', which is the black one - likely not everyone's taste to have black laminate with wood appearance but it's mine.
I love most of all the feel of it. It not only has wood grain in the look but also a wood texture. It makes you want to walk on it barefoot to appreciate.

Once we got into the house from day dot the floor seemed like it had this weird coating on it. We only ever mopped with a microfibre mop and with the product the brand sells for mopping and what advice we had been given to care for it..... After trying and trying to get it to look clean I got in touch with the company who sent someone out.

Quick Step don't even bother buying this brand I was convinced that this brand was amazing but it's not you might as well just go to Bunnings and get it cheaper laminate flooring that will do the job I paid a lot of money for the floors and to come home one day to see my floors "BUBBLED UP " Made me feel sick to my stomach and just disappointed with this product.
