Locking system breaks
The color is beautiful and at a decent price. However, while installing, the most subtle tap breaks the almost paper locking system, making it impossible for the next piece to lock in. We’ve been working on our bedroom 240 sq ft for a week and have torn in apart 3 times. We just had to buy 3 more boxes because we’ve deemed more “bad boards” than good ones. We definitely will not purchase again and after one more attempt, may return to Lowe’s. Also, 2 boxes had ink like stains on every piece that ripped off the underlayment. What a waste of time and money!

Flooring is terrible
Very disappointed the floor is horrible it’s been down 12 months it chips so easy scratches and just looks awwful.
It does not live up to its expectations by any means and cost a fortune!
Do not install this flooring.

tore the floor was purchased from to return to your home and complete an inspection. They will then in turn contact Quick-Step Australia should they believe it needs further investigation.
I have done that they came out did fix it cause more damage to my house, that was not repaired correctly!
Quick step Impressive ultra.
Same issue keeps happen the floor is cheap does not do what it says

Quick step Eligna natural dark oak
I just got the Quick step Eligna installed this week and lve already noticed how quickly it scratches. I thought it was supposed to be scratch resistant because that is the whole reason why l bought it in the first place.

Quickstep Burned Planks - I really am thrilled with it
I had this installed a few weeks ago, and love it.
I choose 'burned planks', which is the black one - likely not everyone's taste to have black laminate with wood appearance but it's mine.
I love most of all the feel of it. It not only has wood grain in the look but also a wood texture. It makes you want to walk on it barefoot to appreciate.

What does the 25 year warranty mean?

I hate it :(
Once we got into the house from day dot the floor seemed like it had this weird coating on it. We only ever mopped with a microfibre mop and with the product the brand sells for mopping and what advice we had been given to care for it..... After trying and trying to get it to look clean I got in touch with the company who sent someone out.
The guy was nice enough I explained the issues I was having.. he said the best thing we could do was get the “build up” off the floor was to use a cloth with turps and go over section by section scrubbing it...Read more

New fresh look to entire room
Loving our new laminate, Majestic floor laid one week ago in our kitchen/study/living room. The service was excellent, fast turn around from order to install date. Tradesman turned up on time and we’re very quick to install (all finished in one day), no damage to existing skirting boards.
We’ve chosen Valley Oak Light Beige, which lifts the room and gives a fresh finish (although the light colour does show the dirt).
The product is water and scratch resistant, so will work well in the kitchen.

New laminate flooring looks great!
We had Quick Step Majestic laminate installed in a large sunroom 6 weeks ago. The floor looks great and has transformed the room. Installation was quick so caused minimum disruption to the household.
We would highly recommend this product.

Yes, Quick-Step Classic is highly scratch resistant and comes with a 5 year wet damage warranty.
Laminate flooring is more resistant to scratch, scuff and stains than vinyl or hybrid flooring. This is because vinyl flooring is coated with a type of lacquer that is nowhere durable as the high quality melamine surface of Quick-Step laminate.
