The hot water tap in my shower popped off and shattered (it was ceramic). I couldn’t turn it off for ages. The plumber who came temporarily fixed the problem. I’m getting a quote to replace the taps.

Very impressed with the prompt service. Identified the problem quickly and repaired what turned out to be a cracked washer which sounds relatively minutely simple however it affected several different tap outlets. The first time to have used this service and could not be more impressed.

Trevor, the plumber, arrived within the hour as promised. Very polite and helpful. Trevor explained the problem to me and also offered suggestions as to what to do if the problem reoccurs. I now realise that subscribing to Emergency Home Assist is definitely worthwhile.

RACV Martin arrived in approx 1 hour and checked our blocked toilet and escalated the issue to the Gippsland water. Martin also checked our ovens that were playing up all covered under home assist. What a relief to not stress about being ripped off by high callout fees and then up-selling quotes to get more $. RACV gave us peace of mind with excellent professional service.

Dylan and Isaac came to address the leaking tap issues we were having and they went above and beyond to rectify the issue. They were very helpful and couldn't have asked for anyone better to fix our plumbing.

I had a leaking under the kitchen sink and the plumber from RACV Home
Assist came within half and hour of phoning RACV. As soon as he saw the problem
he was able to fix it in 10 mins. Excellent!!

Had a blocked toilet at about 8.45pm last night, rang RACV Home Assist and presto at 9.30 a plumber arrived and was able to clear the blockage and now all ok. Thank you for such prompt service
