I woke up to no power! The switch in the meter box had tripped so I unplugged all appliances. It still tripped the switch. A call to RACV Home assist & they were here within an hour. Quick, knowledgeable, friendly, good advice--problem solved before the fridge defrosted!

This was our first experience with RACV Emergency Home Assist and it worked very well - the plumber came within the hour and fixed the problem in half an hour - wonderful.

our Technician was N Visser. He was most helpful and tried his hardest to resolve the problem. Unfortunately it could not be solved at the time so await further work from same company.

Cedric was fantastic - such a stressful problem solved right in the middle of the holidays - had a previous visit but finally found the problem - arrived promptly and we were able to have a nice shower.

Had a burst flexi hose in bathroom. Called RACV EHA and a plumber came in half an hour and fixed the problem in twenty minutes. Very happy customer. Highly recommended service.

Garage door electric opening, would not open, came out in record time 45 minutes from phone call to home assist, replaced cables working like new now. The guys also very knowledgeable.

I called RACV EHA to request the assistance of a plumber to repair a leaking roof following recent heavy rain. The plumber arrived within 30 minutes of my call and the leaking roof was repaired within another 30 minutes.

Wait time for turn up was short and the repair was carried out promptly by the plumber who was polite and friendly. As well as the repair was able to offer some advice and I would certainly recommend RACV Home Assist.

We were very happy with both the operator who took the call and the plumber who attended to fix a leak which water coming through a smoke detector. We discovered this at 1am, and by 1.40 am a temporary fix was made and we were able to return to our beds. We were reassured and treated with respect. Thank you, I don’t know what we would have done without this service.

On a cold, wet afternoon John came within 1.5hours of my call to RACV Emergency Home Assist. A roof leak had short circuited the lighting/electrical system. John temporarily patched the area, but the bad news is that roof sheets will need to be replaced. John's manner and able assistance were most appreciated. Faye

EHA at Racv were great but sent Terrible, inexperienced plumber. Rude. Did not fix problem. Work fell apart. Quoted one price then charged more on completion. Roof still leaking and tarp on roof blew off. Waste of time and money.

After reporting the locking problem to RACV Emergency Assist the locksmith arrived within the hour.
He quickly identified why the lock was not working properly and fixed it within 10 minutes . He was most helpful and obliging. Very pleased.

Showed me how to reset the trip switch and then take steps to find where the fault was coming from. It turned out that last night's heavy rain had come through a roof leak and got into a powerboard. Problem solved. Powerboard gone, and replaced in a way that the water cannot get in again. Learned a lot.

The Electrician arrived within 25 minutes of our call, made at approximately 4.15am.

He quickly diagnosed the problem. And was very helpful, polite, efficient and clean. We were delighted with the service.

Prompt, within the hour, thorough assessment and professional. Fault was traced down to connection to main waste line. Recommended specialist equipment to clear the blockage. Definitely a good service, and good value.
